On the LW Crawler, if you rotated the motors 90 degrees and had them facing away from each other, you could wire it like an SnS and that'd be quite a tough opponent, I reckon.

Somebody forgot to review his physics. :o If the motors face away from each other the chassis spins instead while the discs do nothing.

And it's already supposed to be an SnS (what else did you think?).

P.S. Don't try to build a LW crawler.

Ever.

But hey, I stacked a Nifty in a control board!  :claping (or would it be the other way around?) Both have DSA.

Definitely a lie.

Yeah. Clearly that bot's name is Cake, not Cake Bot.

Enigma should have won his first match...just look at his points.

Last week I saw a license plate containing RPB, and another one with NBW right after. xD

Perfect wedges aren't much of a problem in the LW division, and it's easier to feed bots into the spinner with a bigger wedge...

Bursted wedges are allowed, but must remain static.

The Redbirds are pretty exposed, but I don't have enough weight to put them inside the chassis, and downgrading to RADs inside the chassis...well, let's just say that right now it's already so bouncy that the best thing it can get under is a chassis wedge.

II's are hidden components, and aren't very strong at all. They're good for mounting motors and making 36 HS though.

Which answer my question how...?

Well, the results won't lie, I'm impressed. (Neglected Waterbug o_O)

-Flatter chassis wedge maybe?
-You can power those motors with a Nifty.
-It seems like the wedge extenders could be easily ripped off...I notice there are no Battleshots of HS on there. :P Make the wedges shorter or protect them.
-What armour?

Another one...on the Beetle Bros. website it says Snapper II's drain -400 and Snapper 2's drain -300...IIRC the II is the blue one and the 2 is the green one? Is it just that way, did Clickbeetle mix it up, are II's stronger than 2's, or what?

Okay, I'm getting this.

But first, what's (c+2) / (c-1)?

1 + 1/2c - c - 2? (I'm just guessing btw, if I turn out to be right I'll throw a party)

[4c/(2c + 2)] x [(c^2 + 3c + 2)/(c-1)]
= (2 + 2c) x (c - c^2) + (3 - 3c) + (2/c - 2)
= 2 + 2c x c - c^2 + 3 - 3c + 2/c - 2
= 2 + 2c^2 - c^2 + 3 - 3c + 2/c - 2
= 3 + c^2 - 3c + 2/c

LOL that's totally wrong but I tried. I just came here to tell you to check your PMs. :P

What does it equal, by the way?

I'm pretty sure he's trying to simplify it rather than solve it.

Nah, I've already made and Ai'd my bot. It's made more for combat than sumo matches.

Meh, alright.

What arena?

I was going to do the Combat Arena...

How about a hazardless Octogon?

Sounds good. :)

A 6WD Middleweight? Good luck with that. =]

It's not difficult.

Also, it will be 1 on 1's, so no need to worry about anything like what Fracture described.
What if it's just the last part? :P

NO KINETIC PARTS!

Darn, I forgot about this rule. Well, there goes my idea of chained drive motors...

Good thing I still have another idea for a devious creation.
You can have moving parts as long as they're for the drive. :]

P.S. Chained drive motors can't get up to speed even if they go across an entire arena, much less the Clawtop or Flextop.

Time will be set at three minutes

In any case I don't think matches will last that long on the Clawtop.

It could happen. :P Two bots drive off the arena while the other two with the exact same drive and power and equally good wedges engage in a wedge war where neither gets under the other and neither goes backwards or forwards.
