I sent in my re-make of Tornado. You'll see it in Inf's Re-Stocked pack when it eventually comes out.

Is it controllable at all? I've heard of using pistons as drive, but I could never get it to work for myself. I'm wondering if it's at all possible to get it to direct itself at the opponent.

Predictions!

Bloodshed (Out-weapons and outmanouvers sluggish HS)

45-70 Magnum (Might WBP. Dark July has lots of irons)

T-800 Terminator (SS dosen't have the power to kill T-800 fast enough)

grinnin face (If the Fang bros are low enough they might actually have a chance...)

Anti-Christ (By a narrow margin. It will be very close)

Gut-Ripper 2 (No comment needed)

SandStorm (Shock Therapy's spinners are waaaaaay too high to do anything)

No Hype 5 (Arena will help it alot)

DGSG/IDRODI (Out-weaponing a HW... ouch)

The Baby Warrior (Only because it has a wedge)

Revenge of DR Wham (Will pick off each multibot one at a time)

Chernobyl (Just better that it's opponent)

Seism 13 (We may just learn why we don't put tribars on the bottom)

Cardiac Arrest (Chances of it going OOTA before the VS loses a weapon: slim)

Three Kings (I just can't see Red Radar winning)

PitA 8 (Caster armour will protect it well against the rammer)

Big Flip's Revenge (While one gets pounded, the other will attack an exposed side)

The Black Plague (Just more weapons)

Vetearn Destroyer (A HS killer facing a HS)

Crawl Through Knives 4.2 (BCM has no wedges, and CTK looks good)

Triple Play (It should lose, but I can see one hammer breaking and basically killing the other bot)

I made a new VS. 4 Ant Batteries, and Ti 3 armour I think.

I've been fooling around in stock recently, but nothing of note has come out of it. I'm also trying to build a LW that will thwart wedges in BBEANS 6, but we'll get there when we get there.

They'd be hidden for a reason. Don't use them.

Edit: Also, you're using the super strong extenders from Firebeetle's component pack, which are also cheat parts.

45-70 Magnum - Cool, and it should have a decent run, but the Pure HS's will trouble it.

Absolute Chaos - Basically the original Pure HS. Rammers and certain popups might be a problem.

Acupuncture - It's drive is powerful enough to give many HS's difficulty, but it has few weapons for a HW rammer.

Anti-Christ - Exposed motors and most of it's weapons may never contact an enemy. Won't last too long.

Big Flip's Revenge - A couple of solid MW's could give Rammers, VS's and Popups some trouble, but a HS will easily kill them.

Black Cat Magic - No wedge, exposed front chassis, and only 8 maces as well as weak drive. Won't do well.

Blood Shed - The best Rammer IMO. Might have a good run if it's lucky, or it might be out quickly.

Bounty Hunter - One of the top bots, but few weapons might be this bot's one downfall.

Bumble Bee - GHEEEEYYYY

Cardiac Arrest - Second-best Rammer. See: Blood Shed.

Chernobyl - Another Pure HS. It should do just as good as AC.

Cocytus - A very good Juggler. If it's wedges are good, it should do just fine.

Constant / Vowel - The S&S is decent, but the rammer isn't that good. I don't think they will do well.

Copyright Infringement - Nice name, but it has exposed extenders and less weaponry than the elite HS's.

Crawl Through Knives - Might be better than Cocytus. Then again, it might not.

Dark July - Lots of weapons, but slow.

Death Dealer - About as much weaponry as Little Darling had, but a larger chassis. Popups and Rammers should beat it.

DGSG? / IDR,ODI? - I can see it giving some bots problems. I can also see if failing hard.

'Eavy Metal Boi - The worst rammer IMO. Not enough weapons, and a huge chassis.

Gears Your Lever - Same story as the rest of the multibots, but I think it's design makes it more vulnerable.

Generic Rammer - WHADDYA KNOW, I HAVE ONE JUST LIKE IT! And it's not that good...

Grinnin Face - Too few weapons, too large a chassis.

Gut Ripper 2 - Not actually a Gut-Ripper, but it might win a match or two.

Heaven's Sawmill - The coolest bot in the tourney, hands down, but I don't think it'll be in the top 5.

Hellbringer - Basically, a slightly better version of SCv1.0's Billy Goats Gruffiest. Not enough weapons, drive, or wedginess to go far.

Insult to Injury V - Spinner From the West.

Juggernaut MK 3 - HUGE chassis, and not enough wepons in any one spot.

Mace in da Face - Well built, poorly designed. Any popup can rip those tribars to shreds.

Mjorhmei - The old Orbital Delivery Vehicle, without the orbital delivery.

No Hype 5 - If those E-wedges are effective, it might be decent. Phil is a buch better innovator than builder though.

Oscillation Overthruster - Brittle weapons, exposed extenders, big chassis, but it might still win a match or two.

PitA 8 - It's chassis wedge looks pitiful, and it looks to have few razors. Still well-built.

R4 - SCREW DEFENSE. My 1-hit KO bot. With 20 razors, it's average match time is less than 10 seconds (win or lose).

Red Radar - Spinner from the West.

Revenge of Dr. Wham - Looks to be to slow and unable to self-right.

Sand Storm - Cool looking, but no real effective weaponry.

Seism 13 - Popup wise, it looks to be the polar opposite of R4.

Shock Therapy - It's weapons are too high to be a threat to anything. It'll be a quick finish for this one.

Spearhead - Quite a good bot. It could go far.

Stratocaster - Also a good piston rammer, I think it could do better than Spearhead.

Surgical Strike - Another defenseless popup, I fear that this one won't have enough power to kill bots fast enough to overcome its lack of armour.

T-800 Terminator - This should be one of the favourites.

The Baby Warrior - Not quite Spinner from the West, but close to that territory.

The Black Plague - Lots of weapons, but they all look like they're in useless positions on the spinners.

The Emancipator - A pretty generic VS, it should lose to quite a few HS's, even though it's decently built.

The Fang Brothers - My favourite multibot, it won't do well though. Not enough weaponry for even a LW rammer.

Three Kings - Not sure about the weapons placement.

Triple Play - Pretty bad. Shouldn't last long.

Trojan Horse - Exposed extenders and questionable wedge.

Tsunami - Spinner from the West.

Shadow Tyrant - I'm really not sure about E-wedges.

Vela - A decent HS. That drive system worries me, especially with many multibots.

Veteran Destroyer - Built to give spinners problems, I can see it pulling a few upsets.

I think it would work with a Pillar.py if I'm not mistaken, which is basically what Mike described.

Quote from: tankcat;33705
mine is only using a horizontal motor and an extender, and I'm making a chained horizontal motor with the 2nd motor stacked INSIDE of the 1st motor. No snapper at all.

I'm intrigued. Please take a screenshot, or better yet a video, to help show us what you mean.

I smell a new generation of stock FBS/S&S's spawned from this. I'm working on a new SlideWynder using this concept.

PURE AWESOME THAT IS LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Anyways, I don't think "Pure HS" really means anything. As Sage said, it's just easier that typing "36 weapon 4 hpz weapon motors 2 black batteries 2 hpz drive motors HS."

(I even copy/pasted that part)
