Gearbot reminds me of my first stock-killer HW, Big Box. Twin face spinner with 8 maces. Don't remember the wheels though. Drive was probably RAD. Hum. Should remake it.
Anyway, Gearbot sucks. Weapon is pretty poor, too much battery power, lots of weight left over, lots of chassis space left, not invertible, Redbirds are not so good...
Monster Truck... even worse. Weapon is kinda horrible - Saws are bad in Stock RA2, the motor is needlessly unprotected, more wasted weight, more wasted chassis space, the car steering unit is pretty crappy, and it's overpowered.

I just put my best LW KO time down to 42 seconds using a tweaked Cillit Bang!

Tried it with my newest Bot... And i came to the conclusion of:
Big Cheesy Wheels gotta be used with a medium/weak motor.
TWDM Drive with Big Cheesy Wheels on a HW = Good..? :roll:
NPC Fast/E-Tek on Big Cheesy Wheels on a HW = BAD!!! :pissd:

Is it possible to flip robots out of that arena? Just wondering. It's been a goal I've had for the Red Zone Arena and another project I've been doing that sort of works, if there wasn't so many damn C++ violations or whatever they were.

RULES - How does it takes you to KO and/or OOTA Flip Test Dummy in the Robot Wars Arena with a LIGHTWEIGHT. That makes my best KO time 50 seconds with Foresight. Could obviously be better, considering it's a poker that ends up going over the wedged sides..

Total Controversy flipped it out of the RW arena in 14 seconds. Could of got a better time if it was set up faster.
My unnamed DSL popup (Not that good really) KOed it in 24 seconds.
Mouth of Greed (Unshowcased HW version of the showcased LW VS/HS) KOed it in 36 seconds. Time was then improved to 30 seconds.
Foresight (Unshowcased LW poker, like Cillit Bang! in my showcase) KOed it in 50 seconds.
Total Controversy KOed it in 57 seconds.
Mouth of Greed (Showcased LW HS version) KOed it 59 seconds.
Dynamo MK2 (That awesome showcased BW poker) KOed it in 1 minute 2 seconds.

Big Cheesy Wheelz = Big Unstable PH41L.
All the bots Ive seen that use those wheels go crazy in some moments... Aggro Cube (the red qualifying bot I believe) does it because the chassis is baby sized. Wheely Big Cheese does it because of the burst motor. Doesn't like getting things grappled between the static flipper base and the flipping arm. Xenophobik Resurrektion lost its front support.

I think Revenge of Doctor Wham can go all the way. Not really. If he beats No Hype, he gets either Big Flip's Revenge or Bounty Hunter. BFR would most likely ruin RoDW, and BH should be just as competent.

I'l just wait for the ai pack so COID 2 can destroy CFTW! What does it prove though? It's like a pro boxer getting knocked down by a little kid, who'll then get his revenge a few weeks later. The shame of getting beaten by the kid before is still there, and people laugh at you for purposefully fighting him/her.

Geez... What is CFTW? A middleweight? Either BW or LW. I can't see it being any heavier.
