Depends on the weight class, but some good general AI packs are:
InfiniteInertia AI
Starcore AI (v4 is the hardest, of course)
BBEANS AI
ReStocked AI

Where did you download it from? If you got it from the GTM Downloads page, redownload it and before replacing the folders with the RWAI folders check inside to see that everything is there. (most importantly, a Robot Arena 2.exe)

So far: I have a new copy of Ra2( Version 1.4) I overrited the AI and added the arnas and components in. But Im still confused how I play it. All it is is folders. They dont let me play. I checked the WinRAR folder but that dont help either.
In the Robot Arena v1.4 folder there should be a bunch of folders e.g. AI, Arenas, Components, Teams, UI, etc. and if you scroll down below those folders there should be a Robot Arena 2.exe. Double-click it.

You did right until "So I deleted everything in RA2..." >.> Just do everything before that again and run Robot Arena 2.exe. The folders haven't changed; only their contents, so after you do "Yes to All" just run the .exe.

No, for now...I'm going to be really busy the next few weeks and probably won't have time to build anything good. :P
There's plenty of others you can challenge though, just look through people's Stock showcases and find someone who seems to match your skill level.
