I doubt it. I know someone that can do quite well on a console but does less of a good job on PC. Just depends on what you are better with. Don't underestimate console players.
All of the CoD players will move to it, and we'll see what happens.
Mouse > Controller
All depends on what you are used to, if you are used to using a controller, and are good enough with it, then you could easily beat a mouse using player.

I am a bad example, but my friend watches and enjoys a lot of anime, but also goes to a lot of parties. Well, I know that not everybody who enjoys anime is homosexual as I know a lot of heterosexual people who like anime... and as for them having no life... well, odds are that at least one person you see when you go out actually enjoys/has enjoyed anime. Another thing, you are implying that liking anime is wrong by implying that all people who watch it are homosexuals, therefore you are implying that homosexuality is wrong... well, need I say more about that?
