DP: Something weird happening. I just AI'd a spinner and it won't spin! The control is named"Spin", it's a button, it works under human control. The bot uses Spinner.py and has a ranfe of 99. Yet the weapon doesn't spin under AI. I must be missing something obvious here.
Anyone got any help?
Dunno. 1. Try a switch 2. Omni.py 3. Range? :P All I can think of. :P

Dunno if I deserve to vote in a DSL BOTM, but it's a hard decision between 3 and 5. 6 would have been good with a better name and splash... This is what irks me about BOTM. It's Bot of the Month, not Splash of the Month.

oh man that book was epic. Never saw the movie though.
The movie was pretty good. Laughed a lot, and my fave character was Marvin, the Paranoid Android
British version was better.

Read rules again.
There will be 32 entries. You can only enter 1 bot, but into whatever weight class you want, unless that weight class is full.
booooooooo  But in battlebots some of the teams entered in moar than one weight class (team mutant robots, C2 robotics, etc)
So I think you should allow like two bots per person.
I'm just starting off with this system, and there's a max entry limit of 32, and I want to give everyone who hasn't entered a chance to.
