If the wheels don't clip then that's more or less IRL
clean up the skin though, the background color is so hideous with the decals.

See, here's my problem with this kind of logic in IRL, though it would be useful, it would be like building a SHW and entering it into a HW tournament with the excuse: "If I had Titanium instead of Steel then the bot would be a HW so it's legal." or building a bot with some crazy steam powered system that is unreliable and excusing with "Oh it would work if I x and then I y but I can't x or y so yeah."

You can always up the armor to get it to the weight limit.
Believe me, I tried. Right now I think the bot has armor plastic2. Looks like I only needed a few free Kg to get it to plastic3. So I replaced the medium beater bars at the tip for smaller ones. But then I lost so much weight by doing so that even with plastic 3 the total weight was about the same again. I tried for titanium2 or steel2 but it told me again it would go above 800kg. Then i tried replacing the maces for simple spikes, same result. Then I removed one ant battery and I succeeded in getting real close to the weight limit but then I hadn't enough power for the bot. I could get it to the weight limit, if I turned the bot asymmetric but I hate asymmetry and this bot is all about symmetry to keep it balanced on its wheels.
At this point I got frustrated and gave up, hoping no one in GTM would notice the slight weight problem, which failed

If you can't make it a flipper then at least try to hide that extender sticking out of the middle, it ruins the look IMO.
Well, I made a flipper out of it and it looks exactly the same, nix being able to move up and down, but I'll fix that. As for the wheels/drive motors, they're damn near perfect. The attachments for the wheels themselves aren't perfectly centered and that's probably the problem.   ignore the cheatbot burst, I'm going to change that back. I dunno, it doesn't look as good as the previous ones.
That might be because of the weight limit, doesn't allow for much decoration without sacrificing effectiveness. I was going to make a flipper out of it but there aren't any burst motors that fit that gap

I had to make Plazmic redo the skin like 3 different times so for his troubles, I'm keeping the skin, ultimately keeping the chassis. In any other case I would've scrapped the bot and rebuilt it. Anyway, I'm reverting it back into a wedged pusher and I'll make the center better looking.

I was going to make a flipper out of it but there aren't any burst motors that fit that gap except cheatbot and I don't use cheatbot... Those wheels however I'll fix, I didn't notice how uneven they were.

He's a tough little bugger.  dat face You see how nicely it's skinned? Not my work. I beat the living crap out of and enslaved had Plazmic give it a go and holy silver claymore he conjured up a pretty nice skin.  Insides. I put most of the stuff up front to make the bot wedgier, it's probably not wedgier but it's a placebo effect leave me alone. Not the fastest bot out there but it gave plenty of LDAI's LW's a challenge (which plenty of them failed) oh, right, it's also IRL. I don't think I need to say that anymore but yeah I'll be doing almost entirely IRL now.

I don't like the rear of the bot however, I think you should fit more the rear chassis shape

I got to play Dodgeball when I had gym last year was pretty damn good at it too  There was one guy who was like on the football team and he was a real beast at dodgeball and I was one of the few people able to get him out, lol. There was another guy, a breakdancer type guy and he was just a ninja, the 3 best guys were me (sort of a bard in comparison), the ninja and the beast and that's usually how the matches would end up.

So I didn't get any screenshots of it but it's worth mentioning, because if I did get screenshots it would've been amazing but it happened so fast.
But anyway, I was doing a rumble in the RW arena, can't remember any of the other bots but I was using Assassiness and I was fighting the 8th circle (I play on LDAI) and it was rolling around on its ends and spikeballing and so, I went to go ram into it because its chassis was exposed, and I didn't notice the arena flipper there, and so as I'm charging at it, the arena flipper pops open, sending Assassiness into a midair barrel roll, and ends up hitting the bot right in the chassis, while in mid air.
It was so perfect... I wish I could've screenshotted it because it looked so beautiful...

And this title, I shall fight for, and never allow to tarnish! I wasn't sure what to do with the rear, looking over it again I could play around with flipper extenders and see what that yields me. Simply awesome. Why don't you have an LDAI team yet???
That's sort of what I was shooting for, and whenever I get my team done (got 1 more on the way and then I only need to build two more) they're yours if you want them.

That looks really nice but invincible half sheet armour isn't really IRL, the skin on it looks like the sort of thing I'd expect from a heckboy novel aka awesome and really fitting!
I think I know what you're talking about with the half sheet armor; That's actually 2 aluminium sheets attached to a skirt hinge; the top hexplate armor made the bottom look really... naked, I guess. Couldn't fill in the middle one because the hypno teeth are just a tad bit too big and it'll collide, and that'd really be unrealistic. The beater bars on the end of the aluminium skirts are just there... probably castors or something, I can't entirely remember why they're there. Thanks though!

A wild Doubumplepost appeared out of the tall grass! Doubumplepost: A DoublePost-Bump type pokemon. sorry I'm just trying to be creative with these Anyway... Woe to you, O' Earth and Sea... I present to thee, Wayward Beast!  It's a HW drill type bot, from the depths of  and damnation... Laced in Steel 5 armor, (because apparently that's a decent armor and I thought all steel was poop) it is a strong and fearsome monstrosity of the un-divine.  Stare, stare into its mouth if you have the willpower! Its fearsome drill is composed of 2 titanium extenders, 4 hypno teeth, 1 RAZOR and a piglet, and can/will drill its way through bedrock if need be!  Gaze at its decorations, they bring you in!  Ahh! Look at it! Look at its guts! Is it not amazing?! 4 ants, hexplate armor on a skirt hinge, NPCF's, Vlad wheels if you could not tell... It is truly a work of the Chaos Lords! This was actually set up to be a drumbot but I couldn't get the drum to where I wanted it and yes. As a drill bot it works nothing like a drill but still does pretty good damage. When in doubt, it's a great rammer/pusher. This was also the bot I was going to issue a challenge about, because I can't skin for anything. I still can't, I just went in and put random things in Symbolic text (on the back it says Wayward Beast, the top says DIE! about a thousand times, the 'mouth' says DIE! and underneath it says "For him who hath understand the reckon of the number of the beast..."

you do know skirt hinges are basically as good if not better than metal hinges
I was actually so caught in door hinge rage that I forgot how good skirt hinges are. That isn't my point though, wedges like the one there aren't IRL. Chassis wedges are perfectly IRL, Skirt hinges when used like in (insert Final Destiny-ish bar spinner from LDAI here because I can't think of any of their names at the moment), it's fine, it's aesthetically pleasing, but when applied like that, it's cheap, it's ugly, it's not IRL. I'm done raging now. Sorry.

No, that's not his point. Burst motors don't exist IRL, so it looks retarded when you put burst motors outside of the chassis instead of putting them inside, giving the illusion that there's (in your case) a piston mechanism inside.
