In the Blood Brothers tournament I have a robot that was apparently over by .5 kg and it needed to be changed. Rules are rules, imo.

I have this horrible affliction where anytime someone names a Gen 1 Pokemon I will hear the rest of the Pokerap from that moment forward. For example, the next Pokemon in line is Omanyte.

Too bad Havok glitching will result in a DQ. My bright idea was to make some Skate 3 robots that break immediately.
Also, how long will signups be open? I will be busy all of next week and may not be able to construct anything.

Eternia is my robot. It's essentially just a canvas robot to show off artwork from a late friend, that's all.
It also actually has four wheels.

Considering the nature of the robots I've been building I'm not familiar with either category so my best guess is "both".  If memory serves me right that Overkill wedge is near-indestructible, so that would give 09's bot an edge. Or maybe it was the Tornado ramp. Or the Vlad one.  The bots toward the bottom of the list were put there because they were lacking armor, not so much that they're inherently bad designs. Eternia has what appears to be plexiglass, and Homicidal Intentions and Rampart both appear to be armorless. I am not familiar with how much damage the Techno Destructo spikes do, so Gatorbot didn't get top billing there either. Also I like the way Shark looks so I stuck it at the top because it has a lot of weapons and it looks pretty organized. I am aware that a similar robot lost in the first round of the RA2 Trials 4 tournament though.

I am so excited. I gotta be honest, I've been building and submitting so many robots recently that I've forgotten what got sent where. But I remembered what I submitted here and oh man, this is gonna be great. helloface, I realize I think I forgot the smart zones on this robot... but I can't remember if that bot type required smart zones in the first place. Was that able to be fixed?

There's a siding scale of "furry", some use it only as an online avatar but you're correct in assuming a sexual disposition. To be honest, I don't know the correlation.

Just an update, I've finally retrieved my collection of "MiniBots" toys that I wanted to write about. I am also in the process of securing something pretty awesome that's BattleBots-related that I am remaining tight-lipped about for now mostly because I don't want to hype anything up if I can't deliver on it. I've learned my lesson there. I've spoken to some bot builders from the original BB era and they've checked out the Twilight Foundry site, which has made me incredibly nervous mostly because I KIND OF make fun of robots in some of those articles. D:
Anyways, once I get some free time I would like to put together my MiniBots article. I don't know when I'll have a finished version of that however. Next week I will be largely unavailable since my partner is visiting. I'll get it done eventually. :)

Maybe I don't know how the Techno Destructo ram works. Also, it looks nothing like a gator. I just entered Gatorphilia into a tournament elsewhere. It sucked and lost hardcore, but it was way more gator-like. edit: I put the robot with the dragon on it even lower.

I am impressed I got one in on you. The spinning cage did not work as well in battle as it did in concept and testing. Not sure if that was because it was a matter of being up against a 4 E-Tek rammer though. :P
