Aside from the fact that even children are not safe from Shield's clumsy, macabre half-measures, I have some of Shield's fustian editorials in front of me right now. In one of them, Shield alleges that he does the things he does “for the children”.
It does seen suspicious about why Shield is calling out on Silverfish without any proper evidence, unless Shield is the Serial Killer, Mafia or has the evidence to call out upon Silverfish like if Shield was the lookout.
Apart from the top-notch S*** posting, you don't have the evidence to call out Shield for this since you're not playing. But this does help to look on Shield with suspicion.
