This BOTM has some really, uh, special entrants. I'll just leave it at that.

If you don't know your target at all, isn't it effectively random? Since you're still taking pot shots in the dark until you get the correct guy.
Maybe give people hints, or list 3-5 people off and say that one of them is the target. 143

I believe there was a MW in one of GTM's Battlebots tournies that used linear actuators. Might want to ask MassimoV about it.
edit: Actually, why not try this? https://github.com/apanx/RA2_AI/blob/master/Forklift.py 144

I can tell you from experience that hammers tend to be better with static setups. Maybe having a plow above your ground-level plows would be a good idea to trap bots like 09 said as well.

One with Shiny hubs wheels and the other with Pussycat wheels. Which one are you using? Not from what iv seen.P.S Dark AL's wheels dont touch the ground. Are you sure about that? I tested the new wheels and they do work with the design. 147

There's a few versions of the RW arena in the RWRA2+ mod, if that's what you're looking for.

Can I send a custom AI before the SBV goes up? It won't be like the ones lying crooked Badger sends you that delete the data off of your Windows ME computer.

I think someone's name being misspelled is the least of this tourney's problems.

Modifications / Re: what do i need to be entirely up to date with dsl 2.2« on: July 19, 2017, 08:35:31 PM »The rebalance patch mends a large majority of DSL 2.2's balancing issues. If you want to go through each individual component and balance it by size, number of APs, etc, go right ahead.Basically the rebalance patch fixes the ****ups Click made in balancing, such as having heavier weapons be god-tier and weapons with normals being god-tier. It's generally a good idea just to slap it on.The rebalance patch is just as bad as Click's balancing considering it still uses a blanket formula for balancing. 154

Flippers wouldn't be a problem if you used an arena with high walls (like I did for LvD2) or allowed SNS.
