If you have a PS1 or a PS2, one of the early Destruction Derby or Twisted Metal games is recommended.

"Attention all competitors, this is your one minute warning. I repeat, one minute to race commencement! Members of the public, you now have one minute to reach minimum safe distance. OK, ladies and gentlemen, fire 'em up!......"
Hopefully come this Thursday we will once again hear these words as Stainless Software is releasing for the first time in almost a decade a new installment of the Carmageddon franchise, Carmageddon: Reincarnation. I don't know what the price is just yet but it is to be released for early access on Steam this Thursday. So if you've been itching to get behind the wheel of Max Damage's Eagle again, you're about to get that chance. Pre-Alpha Gameplay: Also, other than Max Damage and his Eagle, I can confirm 5 other characters and their cars that are in the game: Screwie Louie/Twister, Val Hella/Cleaver, Cutter/Countslash, Otis P. Jivefunk/Caddy Fat Cat, and Psycho Pitbull/Towmeister. 144

Not sure if you were around when these two events went down but ACAMS stepped down as GTM's leader and handed control to Trovaner. The other a lot of us saw coming, Noodle and Jamin getting banished from GTM. They were constantly causing trouble around the site until one night when they both went on a griefing spree and almost totaled out the BotExchange. Needless to say they crossed the line and you can probably guess what Trov did with them later.
Anyway, it's nice to see that NerdCubed's video is bringing in faces, both old and new. Welcome back to Gametechmods. 146

As for reskins of characters, I try to keep them the same character.
For the L4D1 Survivors, I have the Officer Francis and War-Dog Bill mods. As for the L4D2 Survivors, I have Cowboy Ellis, Beta-Coach, and the other mods put Nick in a black suit and Rochelle in blue shirt with the logo of the news team she is supposed to work for. 148

I've seen other Team Fortress 2 based mods as well. Some include these reskins: Chrome Shotgun - Frontier Justice, Grenade Launcher - Loch-N-Load, Bile Bomb - Vintage Jarate (simply a recolor), Pump Shotgun - Stock TF2 Shotgun.
Now if there was only a mod that changed the common and special infected to MvM Robots. 149

Since this never got off the ground 4 years ago, I may as well take a defib unit to this thing.
I have to say this is a great game on PC with all the mods that are available, most notably the custom campaigns. Top 3 custom campaigns for me so far have to be: 1. Suicide Blitz 2 2. Urban Flight 3. Detour Ahead 150

Disappointed with the dirt modified in DiRT Showdown. You'd expect a throaty roar from it's engine and instead it sounds like it's powered by a weed wacker motor.

My favorite cars are probably Fiesta WRC & Scion tC when it comes to Gymkhana.... For me it has to be the Ford Mustang GT. Due to it's rear wheel drive, it's easy for me to get the back tires to break loose yet have enough traction to keep it under control and spin it around the smallest obstacle. As for Race class, favorite car there would have to be the Duke Coupe. It's supposed to be an early version of an open wheel modified, complete with a car body as the cockpit rather than the custom ones seen today. 154

Well made myself look like an idiot on the forums back there since I didn't know about this thread.
![]() There are three classes of cars in Showdown, Demolition (Demolition Derby cars), Race (racecars such as wingless sprints, trophy trucks, stock cars, etc.), and Gymkhana (Hoonigan) cars (rally cars and the only cars in the game that exist IRL). Favorite class for me has to be Demolition. Favorite mode for the Demolition class has to be Rampage. Works just like FlatOut: UC's Deathmatch mode, whenever you go down, you respawn at the top of one of the entrance ramps. All you have to do is then is nail the gas and get back into the ring and cause some more havoc. Favorite Demolition car......that would have to go to the Kohler G350 pick up. I have it using the Monster Energy livery at the moment, as a result it's painted just like Ricky Carmichael's Camping World Truck Series truck. Showdown's trailer: 155
