'Baldrick, why has my TARDIS got a pair of your underwear on top of the blue-spinny-lighty-thing?' 'Well, sir, you know how you were saying that even though the blue box was bigger on the inside, it couldn't accommodate the stench my underwear made...well...I came up with a cunning plan...'

He wouldn't be very good in the serious parts, though.

I do agree, though...Eccleston was very good. The problem I've found, though, was that since the revival Doctor Who has become more dependant on watching from a certain number of episodes ahead, and recently has been when that number has been increasing to an undesirable level, so I just can't be bothered with it anymore. I still love watching earlier episodes from Eccleston and Tennant, because they can be watched individually, and don't have this long-running storyline through them. Just 'Arrival, Monster, Danger, Doctor saves somebody, No doubt some sort of sacrifice, Leave'...Simple, easy formula.

Eccleston is becoming my favourite doc.
Maintaining David Tennant. I just like all the things about the way he played it. Can be funny and slightly wacky, can be dead serious, and has that slight Scottish accent that makes his voice a pleasure to listen to.

The war for rally car superiority has been won. It is not worth fighting.

Why thank you, I've always wanted Dwayne Johnson to clap for me. Now I just need Bruce Willis and Chuck Norris to complete my badass clapping list.

Try Flaming Hot Cheeto crumb in your eye
Tobasco in a paper cut on the skin between your fingers, anyone?
You, sir, have made me cringe. Salt in the wounds takes a new meaning.

Given my extremely limited wallet and time, I'm just waiting for Deadpool and The Last of Us to go on sale.
They‘re both out If I recall.
Note: 'to go on sale'. They are out.

What a post.
Don't actually remember posting it. I knew I had posted something because of my browser history...which I regret looking at, actually...

Just because of your distrust, I am considering preordering one just to prove you wrong when none of your assumptions occur. Also, Pwnator, you seem to have misunderstood me. I used the 360 to show that in the past Microsoft have made good, fun products. I didn't mean to imply that the good value from it will carry on to the XBO.
I feel that it isn't like patching something that has caused harm, more like what I just did, clarified my statement on some things. Obviously, DRM was a U-turn, but only because they listened to the user feedback. They brought in DRM because they thought that was preferable for all involved. They considered that it prevented piracy, people who have a game tend to play it online, so won't mind if that connection is used to verify that their game has the correct digital rights tag for their profile, and they thought that most people would keep a game once they bought it. After research and user feedback they saw that this made it more difficult for end users, so removed it so that we would enjoy the gaming experience to the same extent as we do now.

Where the hell are you getting all this 'Microsoft is a bad company, don't trust them' bullsh** from? You just said that the XBox 360 is worth the price for the fun it provides. No doubt you've used Windows for the majority of your time using computers, I have had no problems at all with Windows Phone, and I've been using my Nokia Lumia 800 since it came out, so I've seen WP7 for its entirety. Obviously, then, some trust can be placed in Microsoft. I'm not saying that Sony can't be trusted (though they're now adding a charge for use of a network that has previously been compromised), and the guy who made the faux-pas in communication of the way in which XBO is going to operate no longer works for MS, so I'd say most errors have been cleared up from the ones you mention. Obviously, I can't speak for MS as a company, nor the future users of XBO, nor do I have a right to speak against Sony, having not used one of their consoles since PS one, but I can offer you facts and my opinion on the situation as well as my experiences, and with those, I come to the conclusion that I prefer the XBO.

Yeah, you're talking franchises...loads more brilliant exclusives than that with individual games. Ryse, Titanfall, countless indie titles they're supporting, oh and another franchise: Forza.
And do you really think Microsoft can go down after making a console that everyone has decided to hate based on assumptions and misinterpretations?

I like how the only posts here were people bashing the Xbox, so as soon as it cleared up what people were making fun of, nobody posted anymore...
Anyways, I will get the XBO, purely because it has features more useful to me. Smartglass (I have a Windows Phone), Xbox LIVE profile (Already have one), Exclusives (they appeal to me more than those on other consoles), and I already have achievements, experience with Xbox controllers (I detest PS controllers for some reason. Just can't get the hang of them.), oh and the Kinect comes with it, making it worth the extra £70 it costs over the PS4, since that's less than an old Kinect costs now.
That's why I want to get it, that's why I'm going to get it and not the PS4, so deal with it.
