T7 mobile bus
- 12x L6 hover, 1x L7 F.thrust, 8x L4. F.thrust, and 8x L4 R.thrust, this thing moves fast.
- 7x L8 SMG, perfect frontal line of fire.
- 3x L5 jammer, 3x L5 radar, 1x L5 receiver for good stealth and recon.
- 5x L5 Rectifier Armor, which has better Robot Ranking to Armor than yellow armor does.

That looks more like a 2012 DSL tier list than a 2014 DSL tier list.

And IRL definitely DO NOT need a tier list.

tier lists never work when there is a rock-paper-scissors effect going on
Actually you can have a tier list since some bot type clearly outclass others by a huge margin, and doesn't have an effective counter outside it's own tier.

Spec:
12x L10 hoverpads
3x L10 F.Thruster, 2x L10 R.Thruster
3x L9 Radar
4x L9 Jammer
2x L9 Receiver
2x Electroplate
4x Rectifier
7x L10 SMG

Apparently I don't need all that many guns with good stealth/maneuverability/recon.  Also Rectifier makes great lightweight compact armor (only 5kg).

Lol I get so much more RP gain with that piece of junk since matchmaking is based on Robot Ranking.  They end up throwing me against a bunch of Tier 9 like every game.

Since collision change, Sea Whale has been converted to a mobile stealth ambusher.


And with the super RP gain weekend, here's Land Whale.  Originally intended as a wheeled bot, it now uses hover anyway because wheel sucks.  It has superior line of fire and dominate every 1 on 1 shootout.

With the recent doubling in GP prices, here are my thought on why Robocraft is turning P2W

DISCLAMER: THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION.

-Steam launch result in a huge wave of people they did not expect. They are now face with a huge server update bill that they cannot pay. So a loan was taken out to cover the bill.

-In response, they try various new ways to monetize this game to pay back and maintain their server.

-Player base begin to drop starting August 18th, and is on a steady decline. This might be partly due to people being fed up, but also because “back in school” means kids have less time to play.

-So now they are face wit the new server bill with under half the players of August 18, bound by contract to continue paying for the extra unused servers, and possibly a loan they gotta pay off.

-DEV are desperate and decided to secretly raise prices.

09's method definitely worked, but it's such a slog to get all the different flippermakers skinned, rather than just one. Managed to crash the game a couple of times too, somehow.  :laughing

Dude just open them all up on notepad++, press ctrl+F, click that replace tab, and replace all steel.bmp with steek.bmp on all opened documents.

Well you see.  back in January it was just some random component I send you that nobody else has.  Now Ironforge is an completed mod with it's own showcase.

So naturally I take the distinction between my mod and DSL a bit more seriously.

Speaking of which btw, I like your mod and all but those 10cm non cubic extenders make me cringe. DSL3 extenders are a lot easier to work with, imo
Yeah we have different priority in what we want to build.

The minor differences help get things to just fit in a light, competitive design.  It isn't as good for pretty looking stuff that requires the length/width to to use the same fixed dimension.

I do have a set of extenders with width at exactly 10cm.  I choose to include the current version because I found more use for them.

just saw the first pokémon movie.

Ash's Charizard not kicking ass is BS, so is Gyarados crying. Overall it was ok.

I know it's mother****ing MEWTWO he was against, but then it's Ash's Charizard. It's the most badass thing in the anime !
Ash's Charizard is WEAK.
