Depends on what you mean, i probs worded it wrong :P
For each npc ive seen so far (that give quests) theres usually 3, so yeah
In some games, you can get different voices for your character. Gods' Eater and Phantasy Star are the only ones that spring to mind that actually have that awesome feature though ._.
Oh, yeah you can have different voice for your character, its got a pretty good character customization. Not as in depth as Aion, though.
