I am now almost positive that it is the 60A battery fuse in the fuse box underneath the hood. The connection looks blown / severed to me and after reading someone elses similar problem with a very similar car I hope that's the case for me as well.

Well yeah, I still wouldn't call it mainstream, but at least amongst my friends and the electronic music / rave scene in the midwest. There have been several all night water park raves in Columbus, OH featuring a "dub tub" ha and many dubstep events in the Detroit, MI area.

I have a 1988 Honda civic. Great condition for how old it is. I hadn't started it for a couple days and the last time I tried to the battery had drained down, headlights and sh** worked, but just real dim and not enough to start the engine.
So I tried to jump it but it was a really cold and dark night so I was in a hurry and I accidentally mixed up the positive and negative terminals on the car I was using to jump my car. My car battery began sparking a bit and then the headlights went out all together and I had no power to anything. I corrected my error and continued trying to jump it but it didn't help. I just got a new battery and put it in. My parents gave it to me for christmas as I'm rather down and out at the moment. Well my mother wrapped it and didn't realize that batteries leak acid if they're not stood up correctly. I don't know how long it was sitting on its side but when I unwrapped it, it was definitely a bit wet on one side. Well I thought that it should still work so I put the new battery in today and still no power to anything. It is hooked up correctly so I don't know what the problem is. I don't think a new battery needs jumped first, does it? Could it have leaked too much, causing it to not work? What other problems could I have caused by incorrectly jumping it? Could I have blown a fuse? How serious is this? Does anyone know about this kind of thing? My ex girlfriends dad always helped me out with my car, he had us starting her 96 oldsmobile bravada with ether and a button under the hood for awhile. But I don't have his expertise anymore. It actually ran faster than XP when I first installed it, and that's why I kept it. Along with the ability to stream WMP to my xbox 360. Although that overheated and no longer works.
I am running the "no frills" version, with the gray task bar and no visual effects, just to speed things up a tad. Oh and I also disabled windows search and indexing services. Major resource hogs. 151

Nevermind, I'm becoming slightly senile.
but I still need clarification on the purpose of the playground. Because I see people holding contests in there and trying to take them seriously? I'm confused. 157

Your mods are deleting things for no good reason.
I thought the playground was unsupervised, unmoderated, anything goes but pr0n and hate crimes? There's a snake in my boot! and by snake I mean dildo. and by "my boot" I mean "someones arse." 158
