I never saw your link. I read about it on Vgcats.com, I think.
The same guy who made it later made the incredible Dead Fantasy I-II. Check them out.

The wheels give awesome grip, so that's why I use them. As for the batteries...you're probably right.

My best HW is a rammer/HS combo, and he can take down Little Darling in under 10 seconds.
Yeah, I think it's the best combo.

I'm well aware of her death. It's a tribute.

It's the Abridged Series. It makes fun of the show. Just look it up.

Interesting.... Is it really that powerful?

Decide for yourself:

(Grog exited the arena).

And yes, it's a reference to Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series. Pure gold.

Brownie points to whoever gets the reference.

Aaaaaaaanyway...

I got an idea after remembering something Christian Carlberg (Minion, Dreadnought, Overkill) said: Drivetrains win championships. I set out to create a fast bot whose speed and armor could make up for its weak weaponry. After several days of tweaking, I finally created a bot who can beat anything it gets under. Named after an RA2 legend, here is...

A better view:

Wicked fast and able to take quite a beating. The weapon's off-center, I know, but I worked so hard to get JUST the right weapon that I don't care.

I actually meant an old MW, Technical Difficulties, the first 12-iron spikes-on-2-HPs-bot.

Actually, I think ACAMS is. He pioneered the stacked spinner.

dont forget about killerhurtz or overkill!

or my personal favorite who never got any love...frenZy<3

Ah, I forgot about them! I fondly remember frenZy as the first bot to ever get beaten to a pulp by Nightmare...

Anyone remember Killerhurtz's follow0up, Terrorhurtz? That was a mean axe.

According to the pattern, that'll be BBEANS 5.

There are a couple of Robot Wars competitors (8645T, Robochicken) who use a flipper/axe combo like that. The only problem with your idea is that to get enough power for a crush, you probably need hydraulics, which may be too slow for a lifter.

Indeed. The problem is, we've kinda already peaked with hammers in real life. No hammer could dish out hits faster than Deadblow, and I've yet to see ANY hammer nearly as powerful as The Judge.

Excellent!
Is going to have the BBEANS 2 rules (Double elimination, 2/3 only in the semis and finals)?

Weirdly enough, I once powered a 4 hp ztek spinner with two pinks. It had Rad drive.
I still don't know how the heck that worked.

yes but how bout a MW remeber it will wigh 150.6 lbs. i think thats MW i may be wrong

Too big. A regulation MW is 120 lbs, but the upcoming Battlebots competition is using a 160 lb class.

I also agree to the sentiment. A Perm would result in what I call the "2x4 effect", so named for a strong but unstable spinner: when it hit something, it would go flying, and the stress from such a hit would destroy your internals. Stick to an E-tek or a Magmotor.

I like it. It wouldn't hurt to add at least a bit of a slope to the front. A thin rammer or piston would munch that thing up. If possible, moving the casters closer to the center would help, too.

I like Megawhirl, but does it follow the Relistic Rule? It seems like the wedge would pass through the shell.
