You don't. iRacing is a pay-to-play simulator. You have to pay a monthly membership like with WoW.

Why can't just say "welcome back" or something like a normal person instead of jizzing your pants when an old member comes back? Sonny is probably right though. They will most likely sell off the older or less popular games in bundles. Or it won't be for sale... I still think the source code for RA2 was probably lost somehow and they just don't want to admit making such a stupid mistake.

Yeah, I paid $80 for mine.
It's expensive for a couple reasons... The first reason being that there weren't as many made as planned. EA Sports got the exclusive rights to all NASCAR branding on video games and simulators in early 2003, forcing Sierra to halt production of their game. Which brings up the second reason of it being, in most peoples' opinions, the better of the two games. It is still highly sought after by racing sim enthusiasts.
Oh and I should mention that iRacing was originally based off of the NR2003 source code, and still contains much of the same code.

Colleges always get out before highschool though.

Ugh... RA1 is terrible. 
How so?
1. Lack of customization
2. Variety of enemies
3. Every time you came into contact with another bot, everything stops.
4. Bots EXPLODE after you kill them
5. Lack of parts
6. Lack of part positioning
7. Chassis look really weird
8. Bots cannot leave the ground
But that's why it's great... It's so horrifying terrible and half-assed, it's awesome. To think it was the predecessor of our beloved RA2 is mindboggling.

Wait is there a game that I missed here. The one I am referring to allowed you to use your computer to edit the paint of any car that you wanted. The customization was literally endless you could make the car look however you wanted.
Oh yeah... I was thinking of a different year's release. They're all the same anyway. But yeah, I remember reading something about being able to transfer paint schemes from your PC. But get NASCAR Racing 2003 Season for PC. They make a new Cup Series mod every year so it's always up to date. and there's tons of other mods like rally racing and dirt track. It will cost a bit if you don't just torrent it.
