Oh yeah...crap, forgot Sri Lanka.

I wouldn't count that, the team is of Sri Lankan nationality, but lives in England.  Same for Cerberus and Cyrpus.

Yeah, that bot Mekaniac from the Third World Championship on Robot Wars.  It got beat up so badly that they didn't take the shell back with them.

Ok, that one does have an answer and it's "The Squeakquel" because it's about some jock who tries to bully the Chipmunks because he's insecure about his position at the top of the food chain.  If you're feeling like you actually need to beat up talking Chipmunks, not cartoons mind you, but living breathing ones that you've actually met and talked to, then you need to have a serious think about your life

Yeah I can't remember exactly how I did it, but there's a bunch of multiextenders and mega adapters sandwiched between the two bars, it wasn't easy to get the blades stickign out in just the right way.

Nothing special, just DSL bars

Right bad example with Bin Laden, but hopefully you get my point.

I'm not going to act like an expert in politics, let alone British 20th century, but when Osama Bin Laden and Kim Jong Il died, it seemed like there was a lot less revelry.  It just seems strange, I can't picture myself celebrating when George Bush and Dick Cheney kick it.

Unfortunately you do have to make duplicate components.  You can ask Trov if you like but as I've said this isn't something that I personally am interested in.

That's ok, I don't need AI'ing.  But the list is long and tedious, so if it doesn't scare you off, here's what nees to be done:

-Make sure each robot has the proper reskinned components.  For instance, I got lazy with Killer Carrot and gave it normal flippermakers instead of ones painted green, so I'd need someone to make green flippermakers and swap them out on Killer Carrot.  There's likely to be at least one occuurence of this in every bot.
-Make the AI pack accomodate DSL3.  The updated beater bars, extenders, etc cause problems for a lot of my bots.  Rename all the old parts' txt and GMF files ("flippermaker9060classic" for instance"), and rename them within the bot files that use them.
-Organize the AI Teams folders. All the good bots are down at the bottom half, and they need to be moved up.  In addition there are duplicate bots, and a few DSL AI bots that I decided to keep, they need to be found and removed.
-Organize the components that show up in the botlab.  There are a bunch of duplicates that should be hidden, and a bunch more that have blank preview screens  and crash the game.
-Deal with a few bots that crash the game.  Nasty Warrior and The Bat have mysteriously stopped working.  I don't have the time to conduct an investigation at the moment so someone will have to if those bots are to be included.

ON SECOND THOUGHT...MAKE AN AI PACK!
If I had the power to delete the bots I put in the bot excahnge, I would.

An AI pack would require an uncountable number of man hours of secretarial work which frankly I don't see as a good use of my time. If anyone would care to volunteer to do the work, or start a collection fund to compenaste me for my time, I'm all ears.

You must've changed something, have you been messing around with anything sensitive?

Ooh, you build bots when you're high?  That sounds like fun, I hope more people get on that.  We don't have a classification yet for that kind of bot.  It's the same principle as the popup - bots drive up the wedge and get spiked - but not as effective since you're hitting the sides instead of the underside.  I guess we could call it a "bear trap"?  It looks like the perfect design to thwart Razer.

Huh, I thought more people liked Mags, they had that movie of her a little while back, and apparently she survived a bombing.

Crushtacean.  Made possible thanks to Wham's modified TDD motors, the claws work (mostly) like the real thing

And here's a pic of it practicing

A moment of silence for Roger Ebert.  I'll think of him everytime I see a promo for a singing/talent show with judges too cowardly to do anything but praise.  To brutal honesty.
