Although, I prefer to use a Shotgun- better to use when you're up against opposing Pyros or need to finish off a nearby enemy quickly. 1343

Backburners are almost as annoying as the pomson.I'm not so certain- for me, the most annoying Non-Spy weapon is the Tomislav. Instant firing and nullified Pyro as an Ambush class, as they could immediately turn around and kill you before you'd even damaged them. It's more reasonable since the nerf, though. And yes- I'm more one who tends to kill with fire at the moment, but I've seen what people can do with it and an Axtinguisher, so I might give it a try. 1344

I've been playing TF2 for literally only a few weeks, but I think I've now gotten the feel for the game and so can give a balanced opinion. It's all about practice and perserverance when learning how to play with classes you're not used to. I start out with the offline practise mode, and then I move onto online play, practising how to use weapons and things, get kills, and utilise all their abilities to the full. It's paying off for me so far, as you'll see in the last bit. Oh, and don't get me started on the Eternal Reward. So bloody annoying. On that TL;DR bit, Pyro's not the only class I play as, you know- I also main Demoman and Medic, and sometimes go Engineer and Scout, too. Soldier and Heavy are too slow, Sniper's too fiddly most of the time, and I don't go Spy for obvious reasons, unless it's to go Spycrab. I do have a nice hat for him (A Fancy Fedora, just in case you're wondering), though. EDIT: I also hate camping Vagineers on 2fort, makes me sick. ![]() 1354

And even more so when they scream in agony as I immolate and hack them to death with my Axe >:D Coward- "NuuuaaaaAAAARRRRGGGGGH!" Me- "Try actually fighting me next time, then" 1355

Site News and Feedback / Re: Warning for foul language in main forum.« on: August 03, 2012, 10:53:01 AM »
It's just something that sort of happens here, John.
Camsy really doesn't like swearing in the Main Forum (It's alright in the Junkyard, however), so he cracks down on it very very harshly- I should know, I've fallen victim to it myself a few times- sometimes even been warned as high as 75% for one utterance of a word. However, 15% is low, and the warnings gradually go down by themselves over a few days. So as long as you don't swear again during that time, it'll be gone faster than you'd think. Hope this helps ![]() |
