I also made Dead Metal. Sergeant Bash is one of the tricker reps to make look appealing, in my view, more or less entirely due to the chassis shape. The rest of it, though, shouldn't really be too difficult, as opposed to bots like Shunt and Dead Metal, which have a lot of extraneous components and assorted theatricals. As long as you can get the chassis to look decent, you should be alright with it, as long as you know which components to use. Also, the saw on the back was only there for the first two series, along with a ramming spike thing on the front. From series 3 onwards, the cutting/crushing jaws replaced the spike, and the petrol-driven sawblade was swapped for a purely aesthetic, static one.

That reminds me, I've still to get to work on my Ion and Schizophrenia signatures. Just need to find some decent battleshots in its fight videos.

I quite like the looks of that. Looks sturdy and such. As do most unrealistic bots. The razors seem to be obscuring the opponents from the sledgehammers, though.

Alright, so I've figured I'd retire the A4 in my sig for now.
Are we to be expecting a bus replacement signature?

If you select an area of the picture, then select Ctrl + Shift + X, it crops the image to your selection.
Similar problems to the last bot, though. Clean up your extender work, and maybe swap the weapon TWM for a Piglet. Perhaps lose the central beater add some DS teeth with the saved weight, that'll help with gutripping stuff.

Does look nice. It's like a mini Halitosis, only not as transparent. If you lost the Shark's Teeth on top, that might help with making it invertible.

I'll bet you a tenner he was wearing a cup.
I hope he wasn't so it serves him right. But your probably right.
At least he won't be spreading his genes around any time soon.

You get a lot more features with GIMP, and it's a free piece of software. Much like Paint.NET, I find PDN easier to use, though, than GIMP.
There are several things that can be done to improve this bot. Largely the unrealistic weapon, the disc cuts directly through the drive belt on the Perm. The extender work is also a complete mess, along with the redundant wedges. You should have a bit more weaponry as well, if you tidy up the extenders, maybe attach everything directly to ME's, that'll save you a LOT of weight for weaponry.

Do be aware that not all AI's use Forward, LeftRight, Spin and Fire. Although for the purposes of this tournament, I don't suppose any other AI's are really necessary.
Do please add rules on Havok restarts, and preferably Hax Mode, though. =)

hahaha, goldenfox a villain ? yeah, not gonna happen.
He could be like one of those half-assed cartoon supervillains that conjures up some ridiculously convoluted plan to destroy the world with Coco Pops, and gets foiled because he ordered the wrong kind of milk. And wears a funny hat.

I think it was only the discontinued 60GB version that played PS2 games. I'm not entirely sure about buying them on the Marketplace or whatever the equivelant is, I know you can buy PsOne games on it. It's to do with the incompatibility between the DVD and Blu-Ray formats the two consoles operate with.

Looking alright. Ideally, you should add some kind of clarification about Havok restarts. I'll probably enter, though. It looks like fun. =)

IRW will be interested in this, I've just noticed that "Why Chocolate?" is an anagram of "Healthy Cow Co.".

I hope they clear up soon, though. That's part of the reason I tend not to leave my window open, <expletive> flies in and irritates me until I kill it with my shoe.
Argh, I know the feeling. It's ridiculous how Flies can get in through the tiniest spaces, yet at the same time, they're too dumb to fly out of an open window.
Last week, I was woken up at least three times by birds flying into my window. At 6am. When my curtains were closed. Some animals can be thick as hell.

Now for something completely different...
I opened my windows for a few hours, and as it was night, a load of various flying insects entered, attracted by the light.
While they stay mostly next to the light (i'm guessing they store thermal energy since they are cold blooded), sometimes they go annoy you and fly into your face.
Seems to be mostly flies and related species (Diptera), some things that look like vinegar flies. with the obligatory moths of course. Amusingly, not a single mosquito, or at least I don't hear it. I seem to be seeing some tiny beetles but I'm not sure.
And now some large crane fly startled the sh** out of me.
There's also a large winged insect, mostly cream-colored with a very thin and long body as well as wings, and I have no idea what it is, I can't even put an order on it.
Also there still must be a Tegenaria spider somewhere in the room, it was running yesterday evening. And of course, the classic houseflies and the ever-common Pholcidae spiders.
Serves you right for being French. I hope they clear up soon, though. That's part of the reason I tend not to leave my window open, <expletive> flies in and irritates me until I kill it with my shoe.
