First, yay! 1000 posts!
Now, thats what the problem is. Pichu, Roy, Dr.Mario, Falco, Young Link, and Ganondorf all were clones, or characters that are almost to perfectly identical to another.(Luigi doesn't count because he has a move thats different from Mario.) Melee had six clones, Brawl has three, and the first had one.

The two chassises can't actually touch each other. You need about a half box (on the blueprint grid) of leeway space in order to get them to connect, but not wobble too much. Also, the wheels can't touch the shell chassis or it won't be able to drive. Thanks for the tip. :)
