Definitely too many batteries. 3 Ant Batteries is enough (RA2 Physics Is Crap), but 4 will give you more longevity, and that'll save you a huge chunk of weight to add more weaponry. 2 beater bars is nowhere near enough. If you swap all the Battlepacks for 4 ants, swap the cuting teeth on the back for 40cm poly skirts (attach them at an angle so they still keep the front down), and use a straight 120x20 DSL bar, that will save you enough weight for a pair of 50kg hammers. They will be MUCH better than the pair of Beaters you have right now.

Yeah, pretty much. Rule of 7 is an integral part of the game mechanics, mostly to help reduce lag and possible havok explosions. It can be circumvented via BFE, but not in the bot lab. Technically it's a chain of 8 (2^3, thus it's easier for a computer to understand than 7), but the chassis is classified as the first component, or the zeroth component, since the game starts counting from 0, so you can attach 7 components in a chain to the chassis. You can branch off in multiple directions, but you can only get 7 in a row in normal game play.

I believe it is. 4 RADs might be inefficient, but it's reasonably powerful. It all hinges on wedginess, though. I've still got a concept bot I built for Summer Sumo (kill's old Tabletop idea) with 4 RADs, and it's relatively nippy. Not as much as 2 HPZ's, though, but still. Rule of cool and such.

Blech. I hate popcorn, no idea why. I tried putting chilli powder on it, and all I ended up with was a bowl of popcorn with some chilli powder in the bottom of the bowl.

Looks excellent. Perhaps it could be a little bit wider and shorter, that would help with stability and self-righting, perhaps. It would also match up with the front wedge better than it does at the moment. I'd also recommend upping the resolution of your skins, so you don't get that pixelated appearance of the NCR logo on the back.

Probably. At the moment, you've got 80kg of weaponry on those DSL bars, so a pair of 40kg weapons could do well. Or a 50kg hammer and a 30kg hammer on each arm, would leave the bot more balanced.

Strange. I had a dream where I met Nar in real life.

He was very tall, and thin. He had short black hair with a beard that was just shaved. And he had a sharp face with black beady eyes. I wonder if that is what he looks like IRL...

Not exactly, but there are more than enough similarities to make me wonder things...

Maybe he was wanting you instead of GF93.  :gawe:

So, who enjoyed that Grand Prix? I thought it was intense, I'm glad the guy who won did.
I enjoyed it. It's shaping up to be a fantastic season, is it not?
I know, just waiting on Lotus to get a win. They have the coolest looking cars IMO.
I thought Raikkonen would win that one, personally. Considering his closing speed in the last few laps.

Before you know it, it will be a picture of Dale Winton's face.
Or that moronic slut from The Only Way Is Essex. God, I hate that show.
Copious amounts of spray-tan, I'm guessing?
Nah, she has an odd fetish for orange paint. She takes a bath in the stuff everyday.
Her dad was a packet of Wotsits. Which also explains how thick she is.

Edinburgh? Schweet, that's relatively near me. =) Nice to see robotic combat coming into Scotland.

It's a display tournaments, using a bunch of BW's from Nar AI, and some he's made himself. They look pretty decent, popup looks kinda narrow, but it's good for a BW. SnS looks quite good, not sure about the DSL bar, though. Could be eating up a bit more weight than it should be doing.

He's just screwing with us now. Before you know it, it will just be an orange square.
And then it will become so orange, it will appear blue again.

You don't see too much bots with paint jobs such as that. The only one I can think of would be the S3 Prizephita. But at least it gives it a unique touch.
