gunning at naryar are we? Why yes, I am. Being 1-4 against him really does not sit well with me, considering that I'm 22-4 against other opposition. 26 people have combined to beat me as many times as Naryar has! And Scrap is right about how the drive is attached.

Techno wheels are the best, but you'll have to rearrange your armour.

Faaip de Oiad - R0B0SH4RK - R0B0 listens to too much Tool. :icon_tongue: Anyway, this is the only bot in the tourney which shows that quality > quantity. 8 razors ain't much, but this bot is very heavily armored. If R0B0's smart zone is spot on, it will reach a top 3 finish.
Don't tell them my methods for naming bots, you fool! And there's no such thing as "too much Tool." Also, can we cut the crap about LRA2, and the grudge matches, and n00biness, and all the other stuff? Pwn and I have both made some predictions, and you have to reach back about eight pages for them in the span of a few hours. Let's all just move on and analyze the upcoming tourney that JB's gonna put on for us.

The spinners are unrealistic. Move them slightly further apart. If the motors are attached to the big skirts, take them off and mount them on the multi extenders that can attach to the baseplate. That way, any bot that wants to rip your weapons off will have to go through all of the spikes, not just take out the comparitively weak skirt which will rip off all that are on that side.

I think you can trim the chassis a little. Instead of using an eight point chassis (that means there are eight verticies on your base), use 6, like your previous bot. Narrow the back end so that there is just enough room (the motors should almost be touching) for drive. Move the black battery back too, so you can hopefully make the chassis wedge longer. You can snapper-load the wedge on. Also centre the wedge. You probably don't need rubber wheels either. Switch back to shinies and mabye add another razor.
I'm getting into the really nit-picky stuff now, which is good. There's always room for improvement though :)

Naryar's gonna explode when he sees the piglets for drive. You better censor those quickly, or better yet, change them!.
(I think he meant that they're okay for weapon motors)

This will not be an easy tourney. I should be able to beat anything that carries low horizontal kinetic energy. There's a lot of hidden chassis' too (like Mammoth), so I'm not sure about my chances.
PREDICTIONS!
Dark Matter - Pwnator - Solid VS, and I think the chassis is elevated. Mako-style wedges are becoming out-dated though, and it has enough exposed components. Good gut-rippers and high-KE spinners will give it problems.
Trap Master & Decoy - Doomkiller - They don't look too bad, and they wouldn't be against other 600 kg bots, but they might get out-wedged and out-weaponed by biger SHW's. No easy matches for these fellows.
Please Die - Flying Chao - Not that great for a SHW rammer. It's fast, but it might get gut-ripped and have it's wheels torn off. That being said, it might be able to box-rush some high-KE spinners and cause them problems.
Super SnS - Somebody - A high-KE spinner with an awkward shape renders it nearly un-pittable. A tough opponent, but if anything can get under it, those extenders look mighty vulnerable.
Total Controversy - RedlineM203 - A "true popup" as Naryar says (personally, I just think it's a flipper), it is one of the cooler looking bots. It's quite brittle and probably not very damaging, so any spinners can cause it problems. Depending on it's wedges though, it might cause lesser weges problems.
Shinigami - Craaig - I like it, but I can't see it doing well. It will have trouble landing hits on opponents, while it will easily get flanked. It's only chance for a win is against something like Sage's Mammoth.
Xenophobik Resurrektion - Condor33 - Wedgeless VS's tragically rarely work. It might tumble over opponents for a few wins with 200 kg of hammer on each blade, but it could also catapult itself OOTA. It might still be able to prey on low-KE HS's though.
Hypercube 2 - Russian Roulette - With fairly low KE, it might fall victim to gut-rippers. With plenty of razors though, it might also out-weapon other spinners, or get a few WBP's.
Cube of Pure Evil - SomeStrangeGuy - Ummm... wtf? SSG's creations are usually bizarre, and this is no different. I think that the weak blades and low KE will allow gut-rippers to disarm it, bot other than that, I have no idea how it will fare.
Grindhouse - MikeNCR - It looks cool, but it also looks underweight, not very wedgy, brittle, and short on weaponry. I hope it does well, but it probably won't.
Mad Box's True Form - Trumpetguy - With a big chassis, exposed motors, and an oddly positioned drive, its only hope is to out-weapon any opponents and tumble to victory. I don't see it being able to do that though.
Lament Configuration - Jack Daniels - It might be decent, but I don't think it will be able to scoop up its opponents well enough to do serious damage. Those it can't scoop will probably out-weapon it, and those that it can't will probably get under it. I question it's wedges too.
Head Chef - Scrap Daddy - I was going to criticize SD on entering another flail shell spinner, but then I realized that I entered my fourth straight DSL popup. It won't do as well as the one in RAW, because it carries low KE and is quite gut-rippable.
Hellish Charm - Urjak - See convieniently located above post.
Exponential Decaay - H@ZM47 - Copypasta: See convieniently located above post.
Sky High - R1885 - Another bot that I have no idea on. If it gets toppled though (quite a real possibility), it's doomed because chained motors won't get spinning with any resistance.
Timber - Clickbeetle - Cool, but it will have to get quite lucky to win a match. It might be okay if it has good wedges, and it might be able to take out some low-KE spinners too.
Faaip de Oiad - R0B0SH4RK - Heavily armoured and wedgy, it relies completely on gut-ripping. It won't be out-weaponing anybody here anytime soon. If everything goes to plan though, it won't need to.
GTFO Me - LiNcK - High KE and strong weapons, it will probably run into the same problems as Mad's Daisy Might did in RAW. Also, slow drive and its design leaves it quite vulnerable to underbelly attacks.
Blade Wave - Naryar - The only thing that would worry me about this bot are it's long, narrow base and what happens when it goes ass-over-teakettle. Manoeuverability might be an issue, and Naryar's never been one to worry about invertibility. I just hope it has worse wedges...
Scramjet - Reier - There's not really much to analyze. It's just a big WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL of the strongest weapons in the game. Simple, crude, and effective.
Bob & Bill - Man Manu - Pwnator likes them, but the truth is is that they might be the weakest entrant into this tourney. I have MW VS's that are more powerful...
Destiny - System32 - It's fast with high KE, but it has pretty vulnerable wheels and undersides. It also might be out-weaponed by other bots here.
Mammoth - Sage - The ultimate gut-ripper un-friendly bot, its chassis is nearly impervious to all attacks. It does have weak exposed extenders however, as well as vulnerable wheels. The only ways to beat this are immobilities and WBP's.
Top 5 (no particular order): Scramjet Blade Wave Faaip de Oiad Exponential Decay Dark Matter
Head Chef and Super SnS could also be up there.
EDIT: Also, you made a typo in the Judgement Day video, JB. It's "accept your loss," not "except your loss." Use "except" when you want to exclude something (eg: "I like all bots except somebody's")
If we're trying to teach him, we might as well teach him correct grammar too :P

New bot! I designed it as a possible entrant into the next round of Inf's tourney, but it's painfully mediocre. It is, however, one of my favourite bots at the moment. Suprisingly stable and un-havoky. It's biggest weakness is its (lack of) width.

Honestly Wham, it would've been a bigger suprise to me if Click beat you.

Well done, but I'd swap the castor armour for at least RedBird drive.

Being #1, does that mean that my first match is against the winner of Main Menu (#16) vs Russian Roulette (#24)?

So... I'm against Naryar again...
I'm 1-4 against him right now, so I'm kinda pissed at that. I've come to play this time. I'm not losing to him again.

You've quickly become a top-notch stock builder. Very impressive :)

I preferred the last one. Personally, I like 3 drive motors and 3 weapons. It's a nice balance (Naryar totally ripped it off from me for his GUMBA entry :P).
Don't worry about originality at this point. That will simply come with experience. Basically all of the current top builders started off cloning too. Get all of your techniques down pat, and creativity will come.

I apologize if it seems like I'm trying to make your life miserable, but I'm really trying to help you. Mixing Stock and DSL is unfair for the reasons that JoeB said, and people shouldn't be winning or losing based on unintended upgrades/downgrades to their bots. I have tons of respect for anyone that spares time to do a service, like run any tourney, for the community.

Heaven's Sawmill is the coolest bot. ItI might be the best rookie. It should be called SFTW's Revenge instead.

No, JoeBlo filmed mine, and he told me that he didn't mix stock and DSL, so I'm fine with my loss. I just thought something was up when I saw how high Tornado flew, but then I did some experimentation and found that it was just a simple camera trick, because the Blade arena's static cam sucks. I should have read the rules more carefully and entered a more stable bot >.>
