What would you say was one of JP's best reactions to an event in Robot Wars?
Here are two of my examples: Series 2: Spin Doctor's "King of the Castle" Run (Matilda's lost her Tusk! SHE'S TOOTHLESS!" Series 3: Chaos 2 vs. Fire Storm (First Ever OOTA) 12663

Also, I just finished another arena. Here it is...
![]() PISTON FACTORY ARENA![]() OK, so this one clearly isn't as good as my second one, but I still think it's quite good, with a fairly unique hazard playing a prominent role in the battles. ARENA DESCRIPTION This abandoned Factory acts as the setting to several Illegal robot tournaments. Watch out for the Pistons-those are capable of putting the Hammer down on your robot-permanently. Also, end up in one of the Storage Hopper Deathpits, and it's all's well that ends well... HAZARDS 1) Hammer Pistons: These powerful ramming pistons are used to pop any unlucky robot into the air. If a robot sits on them for about a second, they fire upwards, hurling even the heaviest robots into the air, and with the addition of a damaging ceiling, they can bring the hammer down on your robot...permanently! 2) Drop Zone: Sorry, Naryar. These titanic pits could swallow several robots, and still have room for dessert. They open by themselves after 2:30, or when the big yellow button is pressed. 3) Pit Release Button: This large yellow button releases the pit doors when pressed by any robot in the field. 4) Out of the Arena Boundary: This, as usual, marks the outer area. Getting flipped out kills you instantly. 12670

I reckon that'll be the deciding factor :P I'll have to agree. Cassius II's flipper is powerful, but not great at getting under stuff, which was the reason for the hinged skirt at the front. Bigger Brother however, does look better at getting under stuff, but apart from OOTAing Naryar (Well done on that, by the way! ), I didn't get to see too much demonstration of its power.

A young man is seen drinking beer at a Pub's picnic table, when a middle-aged nun sees him. She reprimands him:
"You should be ashamed of yourself, drinking outside of this public house! Alcohol is the blood of the Devil!" Naturally, the guy gets a little bit cross about this. "And what made you think that?" he snapped. "My sister superior told me so" The guy thinks for a second, and then says: "But how can you be so sure? Tell you what, I'll buy you a drink, and if you still believe it to be evil after that, I will give up drink for life" The nun considers, but realises: "But how can I, a nun, be seen drinking outside of this public house?" "How about I put the drink in a teacup? Then nobody will know" The nun reluctantly agrees. The guy goes into the bar and orders to the barman: "I'd like another Pint of best please, and a Triple Vodka on the Rocks. But could I get the Vodka in a teacup?" The barman replies:"Oh no, it's not that bloody nun again, is it?" 12675

Those are lifter burst motors that power PA3's spikes and top panel. They move more slowly, but are still quite powerful, so they look good and work well on lifting weapons, such as Behemoth's scoop, or Vlad the Impaler's lifting forks. Also, I can't AI, BFE, or edit Text Files. I am willing to learn though, it it helps me improve. 12678

Hello readers!
On DSL, have you ever taken a replica apart to modify and/or improve its performance? If so, you'll know what ways you can fix up a replica so it performs much more like its real-life counterpart, or maybe even rebuild it from the ground up! This thread's dedicated to that funny little pasttime. Here's an example I did earlier. ![]() Panic Attack 3 (DSL 2.1) Original Performance Originally, I was unhappy with how PA3 performed, as it was too slow, and its turning was little to be desired. As a result, I took it into the Bot Lab, and found out that the problems came from the fact that it was powered by thin motors (Underpowered), with Storm Wheels (Cheating and low HP) which, on such a heavy machine, were too unreliable and slow. Changes I stripped the machine out completely (Except for the weapons), and replaced the drive with Fast NPCs with Micro Wheels on them, and changed the batteries for orange Odyssey batteries, where previously, only small black Odyesseys resided. What effects did the changes have? PA3 now looks and performs much better than it did. Its wheels are no longer visible through the top plate on the ground, is now much faster, can turn much better, and as an added bonus, also lowered the ground clearance to an extent that it can now get underneath the DSL 2.1 version of Biohazard from the front! You can Download it below. https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/371Robot Designs.zip 12679
