Reduce chassis height, raise your drive motor up a notch or two. And use Shinies or Vlads. Maybe even Tornados if you can. Should be invertible by then

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Craaig ~ DSL VS Design« on: April 21, 2014, 05:51:33 AM »I wasn't really planning on entering it because it is silly and probably not IRL. I think there should be some leniency with bots that have weapons on/for wheels, I mean I added the beaters to try and help with traction, not to score points, and there have been a lot of bots with sawblade wheels. Don't forget, Stinger-esque bots 1265

Nah, it's fine.
Other than the drive, straight drive would've been better. And a smaller chassis could work too. But that's kinda optional. 1266

Old HW.
![]() I remembered HF posted a picture of some bots he and his dad drew on the art showcase thing and I saw flapjack and a couple of others and decided to make them. Tuning Fork is in DSL 3, lazy to get a screen of it. 1269

If you're talking about Sponsor Decals they belong in the texture library, either in the folder itself or in a folder within that folder I forgot.
Anyways, yea. You're gonna want to make use of that extra 60KG's. Also, is that skirt hinge on the back lifted up one notch? If it isn't, it won't be accepted. Besides that... okay I guess? I would've gone with wheels to be faster, but if what you're saying is true then okay. It's probably gonna get dominated if a flipper or wedged bot get's it's sides or back but okay. 1271

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Jake Williamson's showcase of demises« on: April 20, 2014, 11:14:16 AM »
The chassis is more suited for a flipper, but it's alright. Better than the last one.
The skirt hinges however, are sticking out and they look horrid. Replace it with a hinge. (If I'm not mistaken you gotta raise it up 1 notch otherwise it'll be illegal to enter to BB9) Other than that, looking good. 1274

Dude I honestly think you should make a new chassis, cause your current one isn't doing you any good.
1276
DSL TC Showcases / Re: Jake Williamson's showcase of demises« on: April 20, 2014, 08:03:23 AM »
Looks better. Definitely. I think the Chassis is too high, but it's IRL-ish at least.
1277
DSL TC Showcases / Re: Jake Williamson's showcase of demises« on: April 20, 2014, 07:15:59 AM »
Not IRL at all.
The blade cuts through the wheels and the motors and the chassis, even if you added slots it wouldn't work. You'll have to expand the chassis (either make a T-shape or make a kinda of extender support like Last Rites has) or make a new bot. Also, left motor kinda sticks out a bit too much. 1278
DSL TC Showcases / Re: Jake Williamson's showcase of demises« on: April 20, 2014, 06:43:03 AM »
didn't MikeNCR do something like this?
Anyways, looks cool/ 1279

Love RC Car. join us is kinda weird, doesnt the saw arm pass through that ramplates you have there? The HW, from what I can see the shell panels stop the opponents from getting to the disc, but other than that looks okay. Reminds me of that bot Lightning S. Entered into BB8 and BB7 1280
