those swords are HS bait
And...bracket wedges wouldn't be? Put the wheels on again if it veers. It has to do with weight imbalance when the wheels were placed.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU How can I ever repay you? *snaps fingers* I know!

Gah, I don't believe this...rubbers and DDTs and it still doesn't get under Neglected Waterbug. Does fine vs. RPB though. I'll continue to experiment with DDT start positions for a wedge that beats NWB... I tried Bracket Wedges at first (as you can tell by the red chassis to match the colour scheme), but bots still flew over them so I switched to swords. Somehow veers left when driving even when the spinners aren't active. Casters at 3, 4, 6, and 8 notches up. (a caster still passes through the chassis at 2 notches, inf :P) 8 is the maximum height, btw.

Ooh, is this a guessing game I LOVE guessing games! /blatantly stealing MNB's role Razorz > Irons > Maces
Popups Maces > Razors > Irons
HS and Rammers? (axes would be in there for rammers but they're excluded from the "Big 3" so it's okay)

fracture's paragraph was the best
Because you and your bots get to kick Click in his big thorax? :P (it was also really effing hard to write)

Well, if it's my first real HW I might as well start from the basics. Better? A lot of wedge emphasis on this one. I wanted to have 2 ballasts (YOU HEARD ME) at the front as well, but no space for that even without the casters. Still not sure about plow placement, or if having the Snappers at the back will hurt the wedges. I went for wider-spaced spinners for better trapping, but at this point I'm beginning to wonder if they're too wide... this for ironbot?
But Ironbot has a limit of 6 casters, unfortunately.
Guys I can't enter Ironbot. :P (though I'd like to)

You'll gain 18 KG by using 140 cm square extenders.

Luckiest: Speedy. At least Iron Rain was fairly well built, but this thing? Unluckiest: Brain Washer 6. Everything You Know Is Wrong! and Packie MW 2 made it to the Knockout Rounds, but this didn't? Voted this over the likes of Vortex and Starburst because it only got 5 points. Best Skin: Starburst. Loved it. Most Original: Tongue Twister. I just liked the weapon setup it used. Biggest Upset: Skrzak, I guess. Perfect points in the Qualifier only to not even make it to the semifinals... Most Entertaining: False Popup. Its Qualifier Round 1 match is enough.

HAHAHAHAHA I love the finalists. Feel sorry for Pwnator though. :P
Ahhhh I was 1 second away from winning the Annihil8or...kind of ironic considering Encroaching Darkness was flipped over quite early in the match.

I'm wondering whether you could get the entire front of the chassis covered with battleaxes instead of ramplates...?

First HW. Kill me now Problem this time? The weapon motors make the Snapper IIs bounce around way too much and render half the drive near-useless. n_n

*cough*
33(?) Wolfsbane, if he submits before I finish AI'ing.
Ah. Well too bad Click didn't get his perfect 32 entries... *sprays invisi-spray over post*

this for ironbot?
Yes...I shall build it now and use a time machine to submit it before everyone else even has a chance.

I'll have to ask here since the Chatbox is dead...
For my juggler, should I:
a) Use rubbers with 10 Razors and 6 Maces (will be asymmetrical) b) Use Shinies with 8 Maces and 8 Irons, or c) Use Shinies with two ballasts and 20cm longer wedges?

Win by Pickles (15 points): Beat any (reasonably AI'd) bot with a Nasty Pickle bot.

Copyright Infringement (10 points): Without knowing, give a bot a name that has already been used by someone else.

I've been doing it like NFX as well and it's only worked half the time. :P Merci Monsieur Sage.
Edit: Yeah, R0B0's instructions tell you to fire the piston after you attach the axle. >_>

WELL looks like this will be yet another one of my scrapped ideas. It spazzes out when another bot so much as touches it not to mention that it starts with the axle rotated to a different position each time. n_n Stacking the axle mount inside the two RADs was damn hard, too. Are the RAD's on the baseplate?
Yeah.
