It's awesome, except that the backs of pickups generally don't bow and skew when they're driving along.
Someone has never driven a shortbed S10 over that sort of terrain.

Soo much better, now look into stacking those black batteries and reducing the chassis height to free up some weight for weapons and re-establish invertibility.

Well, you've certainly headed in the right direction. First of all, purple batteries are almost always a no-no on anything LW and above. Additionally, granny wheels shouldn't be necessary to make that bot invertible. The collision mesh of all wheels is actually bigger than what you see. Shiny hub wheels should do the trick, and they are the lightest wheel available.

Smaller casters can be raised higher into the bot's chassis and still be attatched

DDT wedges are consistently better than Snapper2 wedges, although there are occasions where Snapper2 wedges can be extremely wedgy.
My test results were kinda iffy, to be honest. Infinite still swears that Snapper2 wedges are the best. I would need to dive into it deeper to really figure out what's what.

So guys, I have a bit of an issue
Every time I try to open Major ****up (now renamed Not Quite As Bad As The Government), my RA2 crashes in major fashion. I finished it off last night, but now it won't load it
It's likely the bot file is corrupted. I hope you saved another copy of it at some point in the building process by using the export tool in the team hq screen. If not the only other way you might have a chance to save it is identifying what bot file number it is in the team it is and manually copying it from the team folder to the robot designs folder

I was at a party yesterday and someone brought airsoft guns. Lots of fun those things!
Please tell me you wore eye protection and went somewhere that isn't your backyard to use them...
Kinda guessed this kind of comment would come. We didn't have any of that and were in a yard, but it was far outside of town.
We just had some wooden boards set up, tilted over a bit to prevent rounds from coming straight back to us, and nailed some targets to it. We knew what we were doing to a decent extend. Don't worry.
I CO a regional airsoft team and I'm an active member in the MA Airsoft community. I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't do my best to educate the public on the issue. 1. Airsoft guns are not toys and should be treated like real firearms at all times. This includes wearing the proper safety equipment when in use. The bare minimum of this safety equipment is proper eye protection. If, by some bad stroke of physics, one of those BBs came back and hit one of you in the eye, you could have been blinded or even more seriously injured. That is horrible for the person who was injured, but could be catastrophic to the sport as well. If news gets around that someone was injured by the misuse of an airsoft gun again, it is possible that legislation could be passed limiting or banning the sale or purchase of airsoft guns. 2. Use of airsoft guns in public places could be very dangerous as well. An airsoft gun is almost always a very accurate replica of a real steel firearm, and can be mistaken as such to the untrained eye. Those who are not familiar with the sport can often become alarmed at the sight of an airsoft replica. This could be a neighbor or just a passerby. I've heard stories of police being called on kids with airsoft guns. Of course it seems ridiculous to assume that there are 14 year old kids running around with M4s, but police officers will not take that chance when their life could be at risk. Again, this can be very detrimental to the sport in the long run. For these reasons, all airsoft guns in Canada must be bright green or clear. In many locations, airsoft is banned outright. If you want to get into the sport, look into airsoft facilities in your area. Airsoft is, at the entry level, much cheaper than paintball and for some people even more enjoyable. In most locations it is a community based event as well.

If you guys want to make a "Worst Robots ever" team, I'd gladly let you use DOG or CAT
...Why would we do that? Please don't start a "fishing for compliments" campaign. I had a friend that did that, and nobody even talked to him anymore because it's honestly one of the most aggravating things in the world.
