Yeah, I'll take it up the butt and get labeled as a terrorist. Even if this has been 'in the past' it's still a complete crock of horse semen.
I wouldn't class this as defencing yourself, I'd say it was just needless aggression towards other members. I don't think anyone here has ever claimed you were a terrorist (at least that I remember), I think you should try and calm down, take a break, and preferably come back when you're a bit less short-fused than you're coming across as at the moment.

I'd not bother arguing about this. You were doing okay when you originally came back, but now you've slipped back into your old habits.

I have an extreme phobia of IRL Drums due to the considerable weapon weight people get away with (damn you Skidmark), but that looks good.
i think its (at least partially) justified that they're pretty much glass cannons against wedges and hammers i mean skidmark vs. a hammer with a heavy plow in front = gg
That's true. Go watch my HW match against Virus Bomb in Battlebots 5. =P Click did say that they could have the most weapon weight invested in them, although if you're in an OOTA arena, then the Judge Burst becomes the component to use. I did use the hexplate + cutting teeth setup on SWARM, mostly because that was what it looked like when I originally made it in Rhino, but it seems to work extremely well in RA2. Plus looks awesome. I'll see if I can get an internal shot at some point. Only has Astros, so not the quickest. But who cares. =P

Yes, damn those corrupted scientists. How dare the media sully our households with their statistically validated statements.

Technically Great Britain, devolution hasn't quite happened yet. But if you've seen The Highlander in the Home Nations tournament I did a while back, and the Battlebots tournaments, then you'll know I'm from Scotland. =P
And I might enter NSP if I can make one that doesn't suck. Or Fatal Exception into the SHW bracket.

I would rather Razer was kept as it was, personally. It's sort of cheating to change an entrant after the videos have started, even if it is effectively a Byebot.

I went for the Virus to begin with. Bonus to Infectivity and all that. I got on the daily High Scores with NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. =D

Right, let's do this properly.
Rumble 1: TLS & Haku (Razer KO'd, Spycam Immobilized) Rumble 2: RK & Spin Bonker (Kronic KO'd, Bot-Choy Immobilised) SF1: TLS (Spin Bonker KO'd) SF2: RK (Haku OOTA'd) Final: TLS (RK KO'd)

You need an image rotation website. I have one for my sigs. =P
If you do go for rotating avs, make sure they're similar. Not like when everyone used random pictures and nobody knew who anyone was anymore.
In other news, I'm back from the bank, and the weather is not good.

overkillwedge is very heavy and those npcf's are also. dropping some components might work.
Overkill wedge is 200kg, IIRC, but even so, I've got the components adding up to 641kg. That leaves you 159kg for armour, which should be plenty. Even Plastic 3 will be fine on this, I reckon.

I was hoping Rick would go through, personally. Would have been tricky with only one flipper, though. I just didn't want Steelapocalypse to win. KOTH tourney looks like it could be fun, though. S_M's bot also looks excellent in combat.

One design for RA2 Olympics, and two others that I never bothered to showcase. Braveheart: IRL MW Drumbot. 6 ants, Plastic 3. Piglets are inside the drums, which would work if they were hollowed out and went back over the motors, like that one bot SKBT made. Yay vagueness. None Shall Pass: LW Ramming Wall. Wanted to see how many weapons I could stick on a decent LW, while ty and SM were going at it. Far too fragile, and gets stuck on its face too much. In-Capacitor: Generic MW True Popup. Sort of a Middleweight Hairline Fracture. 7 ants, 12 razors, Plastic 5. Wedges are actually quite good, I think I know why my wedges used to fail now.

Do like. Great work getting the wheelguards to match the wheels, it's small details like that that really make an IRL bot. Overkill Wedge is a standard component, I think, so you're fine there. If you dropped a couple of ants, one of the air tanks, and dropped the armour, I'm pretty certain you could get it down to HW. Seriously, where's all the weight gone?

It looks alright. I'm not a fan of the spikes on the back, they look a little bit flimsy to me. But it seems decent overall, good job.

I'll enter a couple of these. Definitely IRL MW, and I'll see what I can put together for something else.

Whatchoo talkin' bout, Sparkey? =P
Anyway, welcome to the boards. =) It's fairly decent for a first bot, but since you're here, I'm guessing you'd like some advice on how to improve it. To get a better idea about how it's built, we generally like a shot of the insides of the robot, and what the armour is, neither of which we can tell from just an outside shot. For the most part, you want to use all the weight you have available to you. 399.0kg is the limit for a Middleweight, so you've still got 14kg to play with. That's enough for another two razors somewhere, so you could double your weaponry.
Also, a very simple but very useful trick is the Double Strength Aluminium glitch. All you have to do is not click the Armour tab, and you get armour by default which is the same weight as aluminium, but stronger than steel. This is the same reason why some of the Stock AI bots, such as EMERGENCY are quite difficult to kill, because all their armours have twice the strength than those in the Bot Lab.
Hopefully this advice helps, just some simple things to start with. Do stick around, though, there's plenty of scope for you building some killer machines in the future. Main this is to enjoy your time here, though, and have some fun.

Mecanum Wheels? Not with the current game mechanics, unfortunately. Click managed to simulate Alcoholic Stepfather's movement in some way, though, we seem to think it's rotating the drivetrain and body panels around the actual chassis.

Very interesting. I don't think we've seen a 3WD configuration like that since Rage III way back in BBEANS 4. It looks excellent, with the hexplates and all, and if you can manage to drop it down to 2500kg, you could have a pair of them as a UHW multibot.
