About the arena, if I get my idea to work I'll keep it secret like Sage did. It will be a modded RA2tt arena just to let you guys know.. If not, we'll be using a skinned RA2tt arena.

What armour do the bots use?
Now, for each bot:
HS: Underweight and unrealistic. Stacking batts and overlapping motors is not allowed, due to the realistic rule in DSL (answers your question). Use DSL components instead of the Snapper2's. Good wheel choice though. I don't know if you know that left and right NPC's can be partially placed outside the chassis.
AW: Looks good, insides?
Popup: Bad wheels and Batts. Use razors instead of the teeth, and make those extenders polycarbonate or aluminium, saves lots of weight. Use metal hinges instead of skirt ones.
