Well based on that information, and the fact its freaking awesome I've gone for the remake of Slash, one problem is I can't find the samurai swords in any of the menus  :rage

UPDATE: Just needed to get rid of cheatbot2 and I got the system I wanted, now its about 400kg so lets see what I can do with the weight

DP

Just wondering, would a judge burst axe be a good weapon of choice in this tournament? That was my idea for a heavyweight.

Or maybe one of these:

A Dsl 2.1 reincarnation of slash(see first post)

A Dual beta burst flipper

A Rammer

Which one sounds best?

Or build a back up LW in case Chew gets rejected idk
Good idea, will do.

As long as they stay in/completely out of the chassis they're fine. No peeking through the chassis walls kinda stuff.

I see, will rebuild with multiextenders

I see. Looks pretty good to me, let the older members decide for the batteries tho.

Yup will keep a sharp eye

There was? Huh.

I'm not completely sure, but I swear there was

From what I understand, FS' (Face Spinners, Ala Rapid Pit Bull or anything with a spinning disc on the front like a drill of sorts) is almost automatically not IRL. Same goes to pop-ups.

But Chew looks.... unique. Should wait for the more experienced members to give advice. Also, might wanna replace the baseplate anchors with Multi extenders instead, they're lighter and smaller.

In DSL 2.1, you only need one ant battery per spin motor, burst motors (Mag snappers, judge bursts and what not) still require the listed battery power. Does VU use a judge burst or a mag snapper?

I do believe there was a face spinner on RW once, might be wrong

Aren't multiextenders not IRL? I swear they aren't

VU uses a judge burst, thats why I want it to have good batteries to power the damn thing

tbh, I think you should only include people on the list with 50+ posts or have been here for a while, otherwise you're gonna have to deal with a whole bunch of the nerdcubed people :gawe:

Well I like the idea, just a shame I can't build a good spinner

Chaos 2 made history and a then WTF moment in it's first fight against Firestorm.

I just love the way chaos2 bounces when it flips firestorm out, just shows how small and light it is

I dont have a video clip, but at colchester 2013 (I think) there was a 4 way event and it was a team event, Pressure got flipped out by ripper, ripper got flipped out by iron awe, and iron awe got flipped out by Kronic, I believe thats how it went

Well I could just go and show the insides, the weapon is mounted on a horizontal piglet

I don't thing there are any 360 degree axle mounts in DSL 2.1

Just thinking I should up this up a bit more and showcase bots of all DSL, time to get back into DsL 2.1 since all tournaments use it.

Anyway I am going to kick DSL 2 building off with my Battlebots 9 entries (Remember to tell me if they're IRL, the tournament is)

My LW, Chew

Tell me if you would like to see insides

Wow is that a walker? Because it doesn't look like it has wheels, I love the design also and the name

HB, I think those claws are actually accurate, I remember seeing Tough as nails at a Robot wars live event a couple of years ago and it looks accurate, in my opinion, you only need to skin them
