Just my personal view, I think DSL Flails are cheap due to the Havok Potential when you knock them off, especially with Flail Sheck Spinners. Which is why I always find Grog so hard to beat, I knock an axle mount off and am promptly thrown halfway across the arena.

I really like the look of that bot. Quite similar to Valid Query 2, I think. =P
First thing, replace the Baseplate Anchors with Extra Small Multi Extenders, but make sure you get the right side of them (One of the connection points is screwed up), probably don't need as much batteries, but I'm rubbish at DSL power consumption and such...and shrink the chassis as well. You could probably stick the two orange batteries side by side in the middle and lop a good few kilograms off the back of the bot.
Also, the extenders attached to the outside drums are pointless.

Presenting a 6WD HS FAIL bot, just to see if I could get the 6WD setup right. Turns out I can. =P DSA, 2 Blacks, vastly underweaponed with weapon motors that turn the wrong way and two pointless ramplates on the back because I had a chunk of weight left that I didn't know what to do with. Also ballsed up with the servos. But it's a tight chassis, which is good. =D
