NPC Lefts and Rights can easily stick out of the chassis, if you turn the correctly. Take a look at my Puncture series to see what I'm on about. All you have to do is line them up by eye, then you can get the better Hypno wheels on.
Speaking of, when you turn a component, it doesn't turn smoothly. If you pay close attention, you'll see that it "jumps". Each jump is an increment of 10 degrees, so all you need to do is watch for nine "jumps", and you'll have rotated the Multi Extender by 90 degrees.

Tank looks pretty good, in my view. Perhaps the front should be wedges like the sides are, where the ramplates are attached. Maybe a pair of Piglets would be more efficient, as well as lighter.
Area 61 is excellent. What I might do is swap the DSL bar for a hexplate, and upgrade to Plastic 3. That'll offer better protection if something gets to the chassis, it looks a bit exposed at the moment.
Pac-Bot looks fantastic, I reckon. Not sure about the wheels out the back, I think they'd be better placed up near the front. And you could find a Namco logo online, and turn it into a decal yourself.

I've tried that. I've got a DVDVideoSoft program that does the same thing. Except when for some reason it says there's no video. Ah well. Works well enough for me. =)

Used the secret AP of the SnapperII for the whole setup. Went backwards for the drive, forwards for the ramplates.

Looking quite good. Can we get a rear 3/4 view at all? It's quite tricky to work out how it looks from that angle. If you lost the ballast at the back, and perhaps added some Cutting Teeth or something on those side panels, so they'd look like claws, that might help with the tipping problem slightly.

It's IRL, expect a little bit of inefficiency. Flipper could be moved further back, perhaps if you turned the judge burst the other way round, to get the axle closer to the back of the bot. That should help the side panel line up with the front wedge a bit better.

Hakurouken doesn't even look realistic.
It looks sort of similar to Hammertron from Series 3 of Robot Wars. It could be built, sledgehammers are pretty terrible weapons anyway in Stock, I can't really see what the problem is, personally.
