Episode 13 of OW4 is here:
IMPORTANT, DESPERADO IS NOW OPEN!
1. 16 Bot Tournament, single knockout. Winner gets a place in Round of 32.
2. Desperado WON'T be first come, first serve and would instead be like BB where teams sign themselves up and we as the committee pick what robots we believe deserve the slots/got unlucky/will look good
3. Robots 3-0 would not be accepted, spots are going to bots who actually need them.
4. If a robot loses here, it's out of OW4 for good: EVEN if it ends up 3-1/2-2 in 4th Fight Fever.
Keep all this in mind and I wish you all the best of luck if you decide to enter!:dance:Message me with your robot if you decide to be brave enough.
Sign-ups end at 10PM GMT on February 28th 2020!

Good to see a new tournament already! This sounds fun but my only question is how would you get one winner (for the End of Year tournament) from all of these events?
You COULD do an 8 bot tournament with all these event winners:
Annihilator
Tag Team (both winners go through)
Flipper Frenzy
Axe Attack
Spinner Showdown
World Championship
Challenge Belt
All-Stars
Just food for thought, looking forward to seeing how this goes!

Thanks for the votes everyone! I'm pretty chuffed to be voted not only for several awards but also voted into the Hall of Fame so Very happy Deathmatch won most of the tournament awards too (just you wait RedAce...I'm winning Best Editing next year  ) Congrats to everyone else who won awards too. Hopefully the next year for GTM/RA2 as a whole will be really good but that requires a bit of help from everyone! Here's to 2020!

Aye, you are aware that you can post more than one sentence in a post, right? I ain't trying to disrespect you or nothing, but I think everyone would be a bit happier if you could fit all of the information into one post. Also, I'd recommend that you post finished designs only, unless you're asking for help with something you're stuck on.
Agreed. I told you this before, Lightning. Also please don't say "I've made a bot but I haven't posted it" as that wastes your own time and ours too. Please think sensibly. Thank you!

Hello folks, yes BOTM is alive for this month and we're going oldschool with the format. Entrants must build a robot based on the theme "WINTER" and then create a splash for it to submit to the BOTM account. You can use whatever game/meta you like with no weight limit. Only other rules I will add are: BE CREATIVE and HAVE FUN! Splashes must: - Be sent to the BOTM account by 11.59 pm, GMT Time, 27th December 2019. - One splash per member. - Contain images of the robot (add insides if you wish) - Contain information (weight/weaponry etc) - Images must be no wider than 700px and no taller than 800px. (Going by old BOTM here so let's stick with it for now) Apologies for no BOTM last month but we were trying to think of ways to gather interest back in it after seeing people opposed to it being on Discord. If you want BOTM to remain on the forum then this is your time to take part and make it happen: as admins we can put ideas forward to try and keep things fresh/consistent but it's up to everyone as a community to keep things going.
