redeemer is the most powerful weapon in unreal tournament 2004; tc-1200 is an easter egg only availible as a cheat or in certin custom maps. Of course, this assumes that anyone who reads your post already plays that game. Me, I've never heard of it ........ although the bowl bike is kinda fun. Mega: thumbs up on that post!

R1885, in those two months (actually, the past six months), I have been online eight to nine hours straight a day, seven days a week, filling out applications and hunting down possible job leads. I have been busy on the phone fighting off my credit card companies, who seem to think that I am now a bad credit risk because I was laid off in August, and apparently am unable to pay my bills, even though I have never missed a payment. I've been watching my savings and checking accounts get lower and lower each month, and will soon have to close a 35-year-old bank account because I will have nothing left in it by approximately the end of May. My car has been parked in the garage for the past four months, and doesn't even have current tags or insurance on it, simply because I can no longer afford to keep both it and my truck current at the same time. I already have a couple of my toys up for sale, and can't afford to fix the ones I'm planning on keeping, so they're just sitting in my garage. On the days I am NOT on the computer searching for work, I am working temp jobs, usually very long hours for damn little pay, and by the time I get home, hurting and tired and filthy, the last thing I want to do is even bother getting online, let alone playing a goddamn game!
NOW do you understand that I MAY have had a perfectly valid reason for not getting an entry in on time?
... ... ...
I'm sorry, I usually don't rant like this. I am under an unbelievable amount of pressure with no relief in sight, and I'm trying to hold it together as best as I can. This is why I said forget it, I'm out - because I have WAY too much to worry about besides wondering if I can get into a tournament or not. I wouldn't wish my situation on anyone.
Sorry ........... I'm sorry .......... I try coming online to escape for a while, not to weigh you guys down with my problems ....

Two slots open? Someone needs to grab them while they can. I'm not going to be able to participate in this round, sorry.
Go to it, guys, and have fun.

Nice rides ............ Yeah, all of mine are illegal on public roads, and one of them (a goped) is even illegal within the city limits of Tucson. Lucky for me, I'm in county ....

Fine. I didn't make it on time.
This isn't worth arguing over - I've got plenty more headaches IRL to worry about without adding this into the mix.
*sigh* Have fun, guys, if things are looking better for me by then, maybe I'll catch BBEANS 6 .....

Hey, Dex, do the letters "F.O" mean anything to you............? If you're going to act like an asshole, be prepared to be treated like one. And I don't recall your name being changed to "Click".
Like Somebody said, it's Click's decision to expand it, or cut it off right at 32. I also respect R1885 that, true, we had plenty of time, and just didn't make the deadline. Me, I think it would be fun making it larger, but ultimately, the choice is Click's.

I got more bikes in my garage and on my workbench than I know what to do with. Sooner or later (probably later), I'm going to need to build a rack over the front hood of my car just so I can store them all off the floor and out of the way.

Whadaya say, Click? If we can somehow get enough people, are you willing to blow it out to a 64 tourney, and make BBEANS5 the biggest tourney so far?

« on: March 23, 2009, 07:28:25 PM »
Well, I'm willing to send one in, if I can. I'm sure there are several other people who also want(ed) to be in the contest, too. I think we can pull a 64-bracket out of this if a few more people send in entries.....

The joke may come from the fact that the Heavy and the Medic often are seen together. The fact that the Medic is holding a gun sugests that he is a Spy. I see ............. Okay. Ha ha. Can we get this thread back on track? It's been derailled more times than a bicycle in the Tour de France .....

It's okay, I wasn't really a great bot-builder like a lot of the people on here and on the original forums. I usually played around with rebuilding the original RA2 AI robots over and over again, trying to improve them. (I still have all of the ones I rebuilt, using EVERY part that came with the original game, including the cheatbot and AI parts.)
As for reskinning things, one of my accomplishments was redoing a ramplate skin pack consisting of over 100+ different skins - all 50 states, plus Mexico, Canada, and a bunch of vanity and movie-car plates. I was also the "dermatologist" on the DSL Garage, and helped provide input on various technical and testing of several arena ideas and bot-packs, such as Starcorev3 and v4. (Admittedly, I have d/l'd RA2GE, but have not had any time to even unzip the damn file ....)
