I thought you were waiting for the topic to move for robots to be sent, now there's a deadline. What if the topic is moved one day before the deadline ends!?
Nary will move it today.
...I hope
I can move it today if you so wish.

Taz wedge flipper looks awesome. 8WD thing, less so. Too long and narrow for me. I really like the wheels on the flipper for some reason.

I'll be heading off tomorrow morning to visit my girlfriend. Won't be back until Sunday. Fox boy, behave yourself while I'm gone. =P

Not bad. Back end looks too long to me, though, and the front wedge seems a bit too wide.

Mr Flibble is very cross.
Two hours, W... O... O...
They've been very naughty boys haven't they, Mr Flibble?
*Shrill* Yes Uncle Arnie.
And what happens to naughty boys who've been naughty, Mr Flibble?
Uncle Arnie fries them alive with his Hex Vision.
Maybe now I can WIN SELF-DETERMINATION FOR THE SOUTH MOLDAVIAN PEOPLE!

Those things do look great. I can see some pretty heavy inspiration from other bots, though, namely Tsunami and Mortis, maybe some Toe Crusher in there as well. I especially like Hubris for some reason, maybe it's the front-and-rear weapons thing. Very nicely drawn, though, with the perspective and such. They're something else for me to do in Rhino, I've had no ideas of my own. =D

Looking pretty good already. I think I'm going to go for a......Ford Fiesta WRC, please.
Is there any difference between the two WRC groups?

Does look unstable. But if it works, it works. Maybe a shorter reach on the DSL bar would help with stability.

Don't really like the underpoweredness of it, or the HPZ orientation. But so long as it works. How good are the wedges?

Sony Ericsson k810i Brick. About 7 years old or so, but it makes texts and calls, plus a few more fun things. And it doesn't feel likeI'm going to break it when I pick it up. That's good enough for me.

If the DSL Bars were lost, and the Alu extenders swapped for CF (it's not as if they're going to be hit), that'll reclaim 84kg to use on more weaponry.

Something to round off one of my LDAI teams. NPC Norms, Plastic 10. Pushes stuff around. Most of the weight's towards the back with the tail and batteries, so it doesn't get stuck on its wedge.

Looking great. Like a bigger version of ty4er's VS. I'm guessing HW, but the DSL Bars look a bit pointless. Maybe some top/bottom protection wouldbea better use of their weight. Any specs/internals at all?

Those all look fantastic. I don't really like Thor's wedges that much, though, but Panzer and Mute, especially Panzer, look very, very good.

(assuming DDT wedges).
Nah, Snapper2 wedges. I'm gonna give them a try, they seem to be preferred by a few of the better builders around at the moment. More chassis weight, since it needs to be taller, but there's not much point in anything else for a popup if you can't get under your opponent.

why the hell are people discussing the difference between androids (sentient humanoid robots) and robots (any machine capable of movement and controlled by software) in a robot combat video.
Welcome to the internet.

Lovely.
True popup?
Yep. Uses the same SnapperII setup as yours, the one 090901 came up with.
