If you did you won't have to put up who got counted out or destroyed at the end every time:smiley:. Lack of time - and also because the bracket format calls for two standing robots, not one. Does anyone EVER read tournament regulations any more? 123

Very bad luck of the draw. How do you think I feel about having to go toe-to-toe with Pyscolone in Doomed Bots!? Surely that type of matchup would be like a little defenseless anime schoolgirl versus a Gundam! 125

Hello GTM forum members,
If you viewed any of the Micro Mayhem rounds you might have noticed that there are some small AI mistakes that I have unintentionally left in. Most notable of these included System32's Sit-n-Spin, "Twist and Turn 2", chasing and pushing rival bots instead of sitting and spinning, which cost him the tournament. I believe that if one is to lose a tournament that his bot should be genuinely not as good as the bots that have defeated it; not because of the incompetence of the event administration. Well, that's exactly what happened to poor System32's bot. Because of my incompetence in AI binding editing/development, the bot didn't behave as S32 intended. Because of my stupidity, ignorance, or what have you, someone got screwed over. Not only did I disappoint myself, I let down S32 and now he probably wants my ass in a grinder for what happened. So, I post this as a public apology to the viewers of the Micro Mayhem tournament, to System32, and to whomever else I may have screwed over because of my incompetence. TLDR: I did something stupid. I would like to ask for you guys to accept my apology. Regards, Yayoi. 126

I decided to more closely analyse S32's SnS and another competitor's one.
It's because I had set the "spin" control as a switch instead of an analog one. Expect a refilming of Heat B. Sorry for the incompetence. 127

If you can find a way to shave some weight, 4WD would make this bot awesome.

Try exposed JX bursts... you seem to say it has the weight.

I have a LW that sucks very badly - I think it was the first bot I ever built after regaining interest in the game, cause I lost all my old bots years ago. But I could probably re-create the HW I used to call "Pwnage". It had six ramming spikes, Red-bird 4WD, and two sledgehammers on two DDTs.

Interesting take on the SnS.
Are you using the "Fast" version of the NPC? They are much more sexier than the regular ones (just kidding, but the NPC-Fasts ARE more effective). 134

You should use the Vladiator wheels, less weight so your bot goes spinny really fast.

Non-standard components must not be used in a DSL-TC bot.

Shrink the chassis, nice DDTs, use small wedges, rear spike not needed, Rubbers or shinies, Ztek drive, another black batt in place of the nifty.

Get rid of the two top hammers and get bigger ones for the lower ones.
Other than that, I hope them drive motors are NPC-Fasts! 140
