I agree. US bots are better. But brit bots are way more creative.

US: A load of spinners and the occasional rammer.

UK: A load of flippers and the occasional rammer.

funny thing is there are only 2 220 spinners registered for robogames...

You can get it for free. Steal your dad's car's spare, talk to a tire center i'm sure they would be willing to give you a used tire for cheap or free.

When it looses signal it defaults to the position the transmitter's stick were at when Rx/Transmitter were bound. So as long as your sticks are "zeroed" it will failsafe correctly.

I was going to paint it on the roof of my families RV but I had an epic mixing fail. I tried mixing it with a drill but the rubber was too gloopy and the can it was in spun and the end result was kinda like spinart...

Basically Nyx's drive setup. Mike ran these in all 3 of his bots at moto. The esc's handled enough amps to desolder the motor leads on Nyx.

Also if you are budgeting parts as part of your project both of these things are cheaper.

Always happens to me in Replica/IRL competitions. Do OK briefly, then get killed by a sodding Horizontal Spinner.

Then try and figure out a design that works better against HS, or try something new.

Rear plow/spinner bumper and tell Freeziez to AI your bot to drive backwards against spinners.
