My best bet was that the production company gutted them for parts and that the parts ended up in some other animatronic creation for another TV show.
I don't have any direct contacts with anyone who competed on RW so I can't even ask around. But we could ask the worlds #1 leading self proclaimed expert on robot combat who hasn't been to an event in years...

Are you guys still cool with the whole realistic stock thing? I've got a few bots I want to post, but they are in no way combat worthy.
They also have paint splashes :V
Dude building has shifted away from efficiency towards what could be done in real life. Unless they are like a white box with two wheels and no interesting features you should be fine. (ignore Nary when he rages about inefficient bots he still loves efficiency building)

Combots Texas cup happened 4 years ago... that was the last event in Texas. Team Toad is based in Texas, as is their arena. Google is your friend...
Google doesn't always show robot combat events...

Malleus Maleficarum
A 180 degree SHW hammer. The hammer was powered by the dual mag motor but i'm not sure because i made this a good while ago. The hammer swings too slow for my liking, so if anyone knows of more powerful spin motors that can fit in short chassises, tell me.
I think you want torque instead of speed for a hammer. Maybe try an NPC or another drive motor
