Also Jonzu, will there be awards after the tourney's over? If so, here are some category suggestions-
- Most Fearsome Opponent - Best Artistic Design/Paintwork - Most Original/Innovative - Most Unlucky - Best Match - Funniest Tournament Moment

I'd suggest Overkill GTI. There's something about it that I liked.

people used it on everything in UK vs USA, if I redid the sign ups I would have outlawed it.
also the wedge component on Cassius 2.. I didn't like, sorry... but the real one doesnt have it
Oh OK then. But then again, I think only a few had success with it anyway, and I would consider it one of the best components to use for replica flippers. And the wedge component? Well, that was only there to help Cassius II get underneath stuff. I was also a bit pressed for time whilst making it, so I just applied it quickly and hoped for the best. I didn't like how it looked either, but mind you, it did perform better than I expected.

im considering replicating Infamous 4 (my fun ant nearing completion) or a robot I am drawing up CAD diagrams for and eventually build with some help from zipdragon
though a put off is if people have robots that just use the judge burst for everything or wedge components when they dont have wedge components
Sounds good, Joe. Although from what I recall, in the last Replica Wars, I was the only one who used a Judge Burst, but even still, I checked if it was alright to do so before I put it in. And even still, I don't think we'll be seeing it in this next tourney, because of the massive Havok Explosions it can cause on a LW

It'll be repeats, otherwise I would have heard about it :P
When you go to almost every live event in the UK (like me), you tend to realise how bad the robots in robot wars were compared to modern robots, such as Iron Awe 5. The only 2 british robots, capable of winning a compotition from robot wars are big nipper & terrorhurtz
Hm, there are actually a couple I can think of. Razer, Storm II, maybe Bigger Brother.

I hope i can hit your spikes off and then hack away at your chassis(probably not going to happen)
Definitely not, considering how they're on pistons rather than hammers

Wow, that match surprised me. Congrats, Preytor.
Thanks it even surprised me.
Does it mean I'm fighting you next, then?
Yes we are fighting
Thought so. I think I might be in with a chance if I can just hold off your pistons with my bar whilst my hammer attacks Inferno's lid.

I was more thinking that the Precursor Artifact and the Electric collar could be items, really. I mean, the Precursor Artifact could increase your attributes temporarily, and the Electric Collar, when thrown at an opponent, could make them unable to attack for between 5-10 seconds (Trying to attack causes minor electric shock damage). I also thought of the entry for my main trophy- "Well-known on GTM as one of the main faces of Story Time, GoldenFox93, or GF93 to his friends, flies through the Universe in his beloved 'Diotoir' flagship, leading a band of GTM members in an intergalactic resistance force against the designs of evil. With expert martial art and Mecha-piloting skills and access to powerful high-tech weaponry, GF93 is a lethal force in combat." And a second one for my unarmoured form- "GF93, shown here without his armour. In this form, he doesn't have the firepower that his armour is known for, but GF93 tends to assume this form most often, when he's not fighting. Even still, with nanotechnological formulae that GF93 created and applied to himself, he is still more powerful than an average human being, and can now call his suit to or away from him at any time through his thoughts."

You mean like copying the parts and then the AI into the importer? I tried that with the Killerhurtz axe and it didn't work for some reason.

OK then. But I'm entering (And hopefully winning) by fair means or foul.

I'm still thinking of something to enter. I mean, I'm more used to building heavyweight reps, but I've got a Number Three seed title that needs defending!

For the "Unluckiest Robot" award, I think we have a winner.

Best Havoks ever:
3. (Image removed from quote.) My Toro flipping another Toro into and through the ceiling of the Combat Arena.
2. (Image removed from quote.) Poor Beta, got stuck in the wall of the RAR arena and was immobilized.
1. (Image removed from quote.) SO What getting stuck on the OUTSIDE of the ropes in the Electric Arena 2, and losing an extremely massive amount of points.
How'd you get Toro into your game?

Apparently, he's not too keen on the one-loss elimination rule.

I say continue, Sys. I'd hate to see such a good robot go to waste.

Bah, this one match only thing sucks. I'm forfeiting.
That's a shame, I wanted to see your bot in action
