What are the best combat robotics sites to refer to when looking for local competitions? United States would be most important to me, but other countries would be good for other members. Whenever I google search I get a ton of dead links and old expired crap.

Motorama in Harrisburg and Franklin Cup in Philly What happened to Rosie the Riviter? i know that it was painted diffrently and entered in robotica, but that's all i know, and i'd like to know if it's in one piece or not.
I'm sorry but I don't really research what happened to robots that fought years ago... but typically what happens to a robot after it's retired is it gets gutted and parts end up in other creations or sold.

That site is not a 100% credible source. It's very opinionated and biased and has been wrong in the past. Discovery said the event is going to happen, and yes someone from battlebots is directly involved in this.

Good by what criteria? Having an engine larger than 1.5L? In the US pickup trucks are recognized as cars, because you don't need a CDL to drive one...
