Then I recommend to join to the GTM RallySprint Event. 
I would, but I gotta know something first. I've already sort of figured this out, but are all the cars different years? (and if so would you be so kind as to list the year with the car in the chart?) I'd like to know what I'm driving looks like before I pick it :P (I'll just wiki whatever car myself but ye)

That was gonna be my BB6 Heavyweight. But I think I'll probably go for something a bit more interesting, and reskin that one for the display tournament. We'll see.
There's already a couple of Robot Wars 'clones' knocking about in my files so one more won't harm (a 259 inspired vertical spinner and a Mace style lifter the main ones I'll be using).
So, Kossokei. You challenged me to create a shell lifter. I FAILED.
It's not IRL, it's completely ineffective in a fight, but whatever.
See if you can have a go at what I was attempting with this.

Hey, it ain't too bad. Maybe use a Tazbot arm thing for the lifter, change the twm3r to a servo and it'll be a little better (And function better too?) T'was a good try, I'll give you that :P

if youre trying to pause and find some sort of controls screen you should probably try P. in 95% of pc games the pause button is either ESC or P.
To my knowledge, there is no pause. It isn't needed. You just stop the vehicle.
If you want to change maps or whatever, you just hover the mouse in the upper left corner of the screen and a toolbar will appear.
ESC shuts off Rigs of Rods, P does nothing iirc. Pause break is your best bet and to exit a vehicle, Enter. Changing controls (aka if you wanna use a wheel) is a complete and total (REDACTED) and it's one of the few put-offs of the game. Otherwise, modding it is easy as balls. Gotta have some of the modeling/modding/whatever knowledge though.

Ranged weaponry is unmanly when you have the accessories to make a bot that can do damage by brute force! I actually dislike how the flamethrowers don't go in the baseplate and that's mostly what's keeping me from using them

Why does that sound familiar.. Also, The Highlander 2 has had a reasonably successful run, scooping up two second place tournament finishes. So the next step would be the third incarnation, correct?

797.9, Tite 5. 4 NPCFs and Vlads, same as before, but the drums are now powered by NPCFs too. Could easily be built IRL, but everything in the game is direct drive. Also 8 ants, so it can keep going for the full 3 minutes, grinding away at opponents. Added a nice insignia on top as well.
Oh, right :P nah you said that though and it instantly reminded me of NFX's Highlander lol Anyway, try building a shelled flipper or hammer (aka it looks like an SS but it's got a flipper or a hammer or something, like Revenge of Trouble and Strife) Should be a fun little challenge :P

I don't doubt that the punches are powerful, if you're able to move all that weight with that much swiftness then you've gotta have some srs power.
Though, truthfully I wanna see a test of their strength, basically take a bot (whichever bot, Brimstone looks like it hits hardest) and some old junker and let it loose on the junker for like 3 minutes, then assess the damages. I'll believe it a little bit more after seeing that.

I've never played FC1 or FC2 before, and I just recently got hooked for the 3rd one. I got Far Cry 3 on last Wednesday, installed that night and it was ready for our Class's LAN-Party on Thursday.
After 45 hours of playing in 4 days, I've done it. I have played the game through. I'm not going to spoil anything, but the game was just amazing. It's like GTA but in Tropical Island. I really loved the weapon customization, hunting, driving around the Awesome scenery and shooting the bad guys. Every FPS-game fan should really try this. It will be an experience that you'll never forget.
Thankyou Ubisoft, THANKYOU! 10/10!
Now, does anyone else have experience of this Masterpiece?
Been watching Tobuscus' and Nova's gameplay of this game and it's pretty astounding. The weapon customization is cool, the hunting is awesome and driving around is fun. And the characterization... I absolutely love Vaas' personality, and Sam is just really cool. Also, Citra is a big meanie head.

Okay, so legally the fights aren't rigged. But, what about the fight where the bot that was going against Brimstone? There is no damn way that chick didn't know the fight had ended, and I'm pretty sure that disqualification was scripted, and I'm pretty sure Scorpio fighting Commander was scripted too. Ain't a damn way you can split all of that stuff in half.

If you mean that particular shot, it's probably the lighting.
