SD, I have some time to look at your AI folder, now.
What is the problem exactly?

You know it would be very easy to tweak the garage now and finish it for your pack, SC. Trophy room, plaques,... as long I've got the skinners to help, NP.

I had a version with the same markings for heights,.. though not as intricate. Saves mucho time.
Just a thought: I also made a couple preset patterns on the 'blueprint' so that I could easily tweak out a chassis that would barely fit a Black or pink battery (or 2), or a black and 2 HP z-teks,...  De-select the "Align to grid" option. I had about 5 chassis designs outlined on the blueprint behind, each in a different color.

Thanks, Sage.
Or here: FBS_1. Almost flawless removal from countdowns, plus a couple other convenient User defined options. Comes with ReadMe very easy instructions too.

Wham, Don't fret it's not that hard. It works fine for me and the beta guys. Get me on MSN (with a mic.. hehe) and we'll get things where they belong again.  Sorry, I assumed,.. I should have included a ReadMe too.

Hey, Duck.  How are you doing here?

Try to keep this moving, it's a unique tourney.
If you could clear up your first post with the final set rules, and then set a firm date for bot file and splash entry, then this would help the enrtrants.

If I can help, PM me.

I personally like Hazards in arenas. Hazards are added for 'action' sake. These HouseBots are like moving Hazards, (which is what made them so difficult to tweak and code). Both BB and RW had Hazards that your bot should not come near, while RW also had Hazards that would draw near to your bot. Thus Hazards, that like AI-ing, add to the variables that determine the match's outcome. That's why some Tourneys have no Hazards at all. But many Tourney's do have Hazards, and now there are moving ones...
My one issue in RW, is that I didn't think it was real fair that a person controlled the HouseBot. This could cause, and at least imply, bias. Thus these HouseBots are programmed autonomous, meaning that "Let the cow chips fall where they may".

BTW: In the GUMBA arena, I put no Hazards,.. only a influencial field that tends the bots to interact/battle.  The RAW arena is also without Hazards.

SG, I have those skins, they're for the "ACAMS" Housebot arena... and they're beautiful. NP. Mucho gracias.  I'll PM you about some more dermatology.  Send the bill to ACAMS.
Reier, Yea, they are like the rover in the mars arena, but they are cooler looking, have controlled tactics, are more powerful, and armed nastily(if that's an adjective).

BTW: There maybe a third HouseBot option in this arena. A Laser seeking security bot, called "Refried Beams". If you get in it's range, will lock onto your bot and sizzle it from the inside out. Hehe. Little more fine tweaking to do...

Here's the new 'HouseBot' arena. The HB is totally in the arena.GMF, and run via its arena.python, thus leaving it open to 4 bot brawls. I cannot begin to explain how much work this arena took. And I'd like to give kudos to SpyGuy, CB, Sage, Tovaner, and Serge for beta testing and feedback; to SpyGuy and Sage for skinning.
It is a square semi high-walled arena:

Some features:
1. Dangerous corner pits that start closed,... but open at 2:00:

2. Poly 'Blue-Sheild' glass walls for easy viewing.

3. It has 2 housebots. They both are invertible and randomly roam the arena:

The first is called 'Drill Sergeant'. It is a 4WD SHW HouseBot, with 2 nasty horns and 1 large, spinning drill bit. It can quickly dismount tires and components.

The second is called "Collateral Damage". This is ACAMS' cool Jeep with monster wheels that will climb most any bot. It is also a SHW 4WD, but it has a huge bush-bumper mounted on the front, which is pneumatically fired out at obstacles in its way. Whatever is in it's path will become 'Collateral Damage':

4. One of these 2 HouseBots will randomly appear at the begining of each match.
5. The HouseBot moves on its own randomly: Forward/Reverse, Left/Right.
6. Each bears and wields its own potent weapon.
7. If Hazards are turned off, the HB will remain immobile and up off of the floor (out of the action).
8. Nicely positioned 'Static' cameras(thanks Sage).
9. Conveniently positioned 'Watch' cams that 'zoom in' on the action.

There are some minor adjustments to do on the arena yet, so don't ask for it till the tourney is finished.

Mad.

BTW:
1. I'll do the same with the GUMBA Arena....
2. There's an 'ACAMS HouseBot' Arena coming., where ACAMS.bot patrols certain zones of the arena.

SC, I have a couple new tweaks for AI.pys since we've talked last. I'd like to go over them with you when you've time. (MSN is fine).

Wham, If you can consistently beat AQ with your AI-ed bot, then that IS good. SC has tweaked her in the beta 4 though. RPB is definitely one of the toughest bots to fight...

That's a nice poster, SG.  I'm AI-ing an ACAMS.bot that is very animated and tuff in battle.  I'll post a vid.  May need you to do some dermatological work on him.

(Oh, btw, I tweaked your post a bit.)
