The "Various events in Lincolnshire" included Roaming Robots and Robots Live  :P

Derp. Don't worry, I've fixed it now.

Anyway...I saw most of them at the Newark Kit Car Show RR events, some of them (Including Behemoth Terrorhurtz and Ripper) at other Lincolnshire Robot Events, and I saw Miss Struts at a Techno Games recording. Whilst at the Techno Games recording, I met Prof. Martin Smith! (One of the judges, and builder of Cruella from RW Series 1 and 2)

Hopefully realising that rodents are not Autobots and Decepticons.

And here's my view on its declining popularity using an original cartoon clip-

I think it's only spinning weapons they really have a problem with in areas like that.

And yeah, I've also been lucky enough to see some of the old TV favourites. Some of the ones I've seen that were also on RW include-
Firestorm, Mortis, Chaos 2, Bigger Brother, VIPER01, Velocirippa, Storm, Behemoth, Terrorhurtz, Tornado, Stinger, Bulldog Breed, Steel Avenger, Miss Struts, Cassius 1 & 2, Razer, Judge Shred 2, Pussycat, Dantomkia, Ripper, and 101.

I've been going toevents since 2004 as a roboteer & I haven't seen it once
I think it goes quite infrequently though. I saw it in this video-

And it was from here where I learned Chaos 2 had the overhaul after what that bloody 13 Black did to it

But even if it's not attending events, it's great to know one of my all-time favourites is still out there. Also, at these events, did you see any of the old robots from the TV show?

Of course, with a spare circular saw and petrol strimmer thrown in at no extra cost  :P

But even still, it's nice to see some more real roboteers on this site.

And even nicer that most of the robots still exist. Last time I checked, Chaos 2 is still in working order as a display machine, but it's quite hard to find at events.

On a side note, I also watched the Watership Down film when I was about Six.

...Not a good idea, in restrospect.

Hi there! Welcome to GTM.

As a question, would it be possible to put that cool spike back onto Hydra's hammer? I never did get to see what it could do.

Sounds good GK.
Could you tell me whether "FFFFFUUUUU-" is to be used in a masculine or feminine sense?

Indeed...that piano piece is seriously one of the most creepy things I've ever heard.

And just to revive this thread...

Something I discovered not too long ago. I'm technically cheating with this one because it's an advert, but there's something extremely creepy about it. Could be one of these factors-

- The unnerving Piano Music throughtout
- The voice
- The Fridge Horror Implications with the paper dolls
- The scare chords
- And that creepy picture of Smokey right at the end.

One thing's for sure though...
I will never. Sleep. Again.
