#1 looks cool, too bad this is a design tournament.
#2 looks too generic apart from the 4wd, plus the splash is boring.
#3 looks decent.
#4 AHHHHH! MY EYES!!! That doesn't matter too much though, because the bot itself looks rather good.
#5 looks effective. Makes you wonder about the setup. Decent splash.

Reminds me of Birth of Exile. I wish I could see the weight and armor, but it still looks impressive. I am deverting all of my bot building to remaking my Naryar AI teams Now I'm never going to catch up with you  The new Nit-Picker can easily defeat all the AWs in the pack. Even Hornet Larva?

I ask you this, why do you even bother? You act like a jack ass, you have to criticize on each builder, most of which is often negative, and is rarely useful.
Is there anyone on your side on this? I could care less about Roboman and LRA2, and the ignore button exists for a reason. I have seen other guys at my high school daily that act more mature than you do, IN THE FRESH MEN CLASS.
If you hate this community, leave then. Start your own forum. See if I care. Just stop the hate threads and posts. Someone FINALLY understands how I feel!

C33: I built a version that had saws before the showcased version, but it was much too brittle, even with the side protection. I decided to use chewblades instead, but that one wasn't much better; I'm just not good at building sawbots. And I tried your suggestion regarding the HW, but after many times, it still didn't fix it. JB: Thanks, I drew some inspiration from AWTH and a sideways drum posted by Naryar about two months ago. Too bad I rebuilt it, but I still kept the original version. So, which do you guys like better: the first one, ...  ... or this one? 4 ants, 2 battlepacks, NPCFs, 12 irons and 4 medium beater bars on 2 perm 80s, 5mm titanium. Personally, I like the first one better. It had a better weapon system and was original (I think).

Off topic, but... Don't think I wouldn't recognize my own bot's chassis and component setup. I actually have proof that you wouldn't: So it comes down to a single battle axe versus eight iron spikes on a fast vertical spinner. I thought Heaven's Sawmill had 16 irons. :P On topic: If you take a look at Razorback v2 in Nar AI, you'll see that it's a true popup/wammer hybrid, you could take some ideas from that. Maybe you could replace the front razors with spike strips, or other flat weapons, to allow the hammers to come into play a bit more. Try different weapons on the hammers and see which ones will allow them to hit at the same time for bigger hits.

DP, yet again. After seeing one of Inf's most recently showcased DSL bots, I wanted to see if I can improve his design. Here's what I ended up with:  4 ants, 3mm plastic. In my opinion, it's not too good, but better than Inf's :P. Beats most HS and rammers, and anything it can get under, but it's a bit wobbly. And yes, I used axle loading to attach the chewblades; I don't know if that would still be considered realistic. I know it still needs improvement, but I can't think of how to improve what needs to be. Any suggestions?

Try building an upside down version i guess? If I do that, then it will lose its originality (although I don't think it's truly original because I think this design has already been tried before).
