Added it to my netflix que. Gotta wait until I watch Robin Hood (current remake) and Death Race 2. So, it will be a few weeks before I get started on the series.

Savings you money my friend: http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10647340.html Some songs I recommends: Dethklok: Duncan Hills Coffee Jingle Murmaider Thundehourse Fan Song The Beginning Mastodon: Colony of Birchmen Oblivion Divinations The Czar
Thanks man! Listening to 'em now. Definitely liking Dethklock better than Mastodon. Reminds me of Mid-nineties Therapy? or Helmet. Nice! I derailed the topic a bit though... mein bad! I'm not too fond of most Country Music. Don't really mind anything else.

Listen to those bands and give me your opinion after.
Hmmmm... never heard of Dethklok or Mastodon... off to iTunes I go.

Gah! That LAPshade is tough beans! It's gonna be tough to topple that bot and knock it out of the tourney.

Darth Maul was dreadfully underused. He shouldn't have been killed off so soon.
Agreed. That character was really awesome. If it eases the pain, the same actor played "Toad" in the first X-men movie.

Steady progress in your building. Looking good. You are gaining so much knowledge building a basic bot like that and making it better and more efficient. I look forward to seeing you design and build something more destructive as your skills progress. So far so good though!
Oh, yeah... nice messy workbench. The sign of a dedicated builder.

BUMP
*Prepares to get attacked by bumpfags*
I was going to say no need to bump. But, a few good tourneys didn't pass the last vote because the topics became old and stale. So, if you want to support this particular one, bumping is not a bad idea. However, some discussion about the tourney might be a better idea before bumping tournament discussions get out of hand. Figuring out all the possible rules would be a pretty good idea for Hard Bot, just so he's 100% prepared to actually do this (and finish it).

The trouble with online battles is that there can be quite a bit of inconsistency between hosts. For example, there's a video somewhere of Scrap Daddy, Ounce, and I forget the third participant, and Scrap Daddy's machine was spinning like a top. The video showed his bot edging along the arena wall, but Scrap believed he was moving towards Ounce's bot, which was in the middle of the arena. So you and your opponent could end up with completely different outcomes.
Great. [/sarcasm]
Even more the reason for you to stick around the forums and submit bots for tourneys instead. Bonus points if you learn how to AI the bot. Aw c'mon, its fun really! Trust me!

Just had a really good, near-scary idea: How about you, Me, Thyrus and Sonny_Resetti all team up and make an uber new IRL Realistic bot? Like, I'll work on the chassis, You can work on all the internal mechanics and all, Sonny can work on the skin, and then Thy can work on adding all the extenders and spikes and stuff.
JD is forever alone.

Bad extender work on LW but its good.
Raises a good point. Might be able to swap out some of those extenders for flipper segments.

Jesus ****ing Christ! There are multiple translations of the Bible that are commonly accepted in the US and throughout the world right now. If churches don't like to preach a gospel that isn't racist/sexist/homophobic, they can always use a translation that isn't the 2011 version of the New International Version.
Now Now Frezzie. Be gentle. These are young minds we are shaping here.

Since Hypno's bot exchange upload crashes games... Dontcha think you should throw in a rule about custom components and whatnot.
