Seriously, don't nominate good bots just so the list fills up to 100. Even if it's less than 50, but RA2's "culture" would be different without them, I'd say that's already a great list.
And again. Let's take EMERGENCY, for example. If it weren't in the game, people wouldn't have been so -bent at beating it and getting a huge ego boost after they did. And then there's Lame HS and Symobiote (sorry guys). They're simply novelty bots and builders wouldn't have emulated their chassis structure or general setup on their following bots. If anything, Second Sunrise should be on that list for popularizing the 'everything-on-a-halfsheet' VS trend.

Dude there's no 'technique' to this. Just eyeball everything at first and just shrink until it fits.

If you could pull off the stacks for the lower chassis, that would be great.

Like I said, luck is always involved in these wedges, so you would never know until you try it out for yourself.

There are some HSes that are might fast and they're pretty good as well ( case in point). You don't even need a ramming rack for it to work, just ample protection. It wins matches by not allowing the opponent to set up properly (HS's weapons not up to speed or VS still stabilizing from an angled starting position). Anyway, simplify the whole thing by using a single Snapper II first (drive, weapons and all). Try it out.

Either you can or you can't. Luck's always involved in metal hinge wedges (same thing with axles), unlike skirt hinges or burst motors.

This pleases me.
Make the chassis wedge shallower and attach the small wedge directly to the hinge. That should keep it below 399.

Very nice. Keep it up.

LW looks sweet.
Might want to place the CB on the other side for balance, though.

Yeah, I am ashamed at how close this is to done and it isn't. Something is getting built tonight I promise you that.
As for the rookies and extras, barbershop chop, spin bonker, tailwhip, bot choy, are all done.
where is it?
DON'T RUSH ANYONE (only the contributors have the right to annoy the others hahahaha) But yeah, it will be done whenever it's ready to be released, and I'm assuming Scrappy is still nitpicking on some stuff. So I'm pretty sure it'll be worth the wait. /gaben

I actually kinda like Yiffy Hole.
And the sawbot's got some serious potential. Must be one of those IRL designs that would look so cool in stock.

BECAUSE HE CAN'T BUILD STUFF LIKE THAT RIGHT OFF THE BAT!
HOW DO YOU THINK CAN HE BUILD AN EFFECTIVE HYBRID IF HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BUILD AN EFFECTIVE SINGLE BOT TYPE, LET ALONE IF HE EVEN WANTS TO BUILD AN EFFICIENT ONE?
caps are totally necessary

jeez he's just starting out and now you're forcing him to build stuff that's 4x more complex?
give him a break

Everytime I see you post something I'm gonna be reminded of Bob Marley. I hate you. So much. Now I can't read his posts without a Jamaican accent in mind. >.< But yeah, you'll have more freedom in terms of parts and types in DSL if you want to build creatively. Welcome! :D

At this rate might as well put every bot up there.

I was the only one who made an offer on the hat (luckily). Blew about 2.33 for the tags, but it's worth it.

why the are you in 2fort in the first place
This is like saying "Why the are you playing TF2 in the first place?"
2fort is horrible. As are most ctf maps :L
^^^ And so is Special Delivery. Both modes just lead to drawn-out games with zero fun at all. There will either be a Bonk Scout who keeps on tagging the case and dying again or a sticky trap, and if the case resets you have to do everything all over again for 20 minutes, from worhtless Ubers to laying crit stickies under the case. Heck even an evenly matched pair of opponents will have fun of some sort within the back-and-forth fighting in CP or Dual Payload.
