General Support / Re: Hax mode help please« on: May 25, 2014, 10:43:25 AM »Just takes practice I'm afraid. There's no real "quick tip" anyone could give you I don't think, it just takes some practice. :)Ok, but it worked with snapper loading first time when I tried it, are you sure there's nothing I've done wrong? 1003
General Support / Hax mode help please« on: May 25, 2014, 10:37:33 AM »
Ok, I think this is the right area,
I've watched Sage's effe glitch tutorial and snapper loading tutorial and I get them but when I try to enter hax mode, it doesn't work, could somebody tell me why? I'll give the basic outline: I put an RAD motor on a 60cm burst piston, I spin the rad to max, click the components tab, then quickly press the spin button and hit the wirings tab quickly after one another and nothing happens, why is this? 1004

Real Robotics Discussion / The Lego Robotics Tutorial« on: May 24, 2014, 03:27:27 PM »
What you require to make a quick, simple lego robot
-2x motors, these can be either Extra Large, Medium or Large motors, I use Extra large since they have the most torque, speed and are easier to use with these types of lego technic - A Battery Box, this can be either The AA box, the AAA box or the rechargeable battery box, The rechargeable battery box is the lightest but the most expensive where as the AA battery box is the heaviest but least expensive. I use the AA battery box. -Wheels that are capable of providing traction- there is no point having larger motors but smaller wheels. -An IR remote control, to control your robot -2x IR receivers- These are the recievers for you to control your robot -Lego technic bricks, you will need quite a lot of these -Lego connectors, you need quite a lot of these is well, this is used for joining the chassis together, get the ones that span both 2 studs wide and 1 stud wide -Lego axels- These are used to connect your wheels and your bricks to your motors. More updates coming soon, be sure to tell me if I have missed anything in the above.

I appreciate it Weapon setup is kinda weird, maybe try something like this http://i.imgur.com/T6ggcIL.png,The weapons are like that so I can reach low wedges, but I'll see what I can do Yeah I'll see what I can doif it need to self right you could try an iron spike on topAn extender would probably look better. Other than that it's a huge improvement over your earlier bots. Thanks! ![]() Regarding Chew 2:Hmmm... i think it will run out of weight (The skirt hinge is 8 kg compared to the spikes which are 16 or so) But be guarenteed I'll look into it And thank you all very much!

Yeah I agree with powerrave, looks a bit dull, not only because of the skin but the chassis shape, try and redo the shape
