also there has been the NarmorBeGone thingy. I thought about this too a while ago. there should be some kind of dsl 2.2 with some things fixed like shield mentioned. GoldenFox made an improved Chaos 2 that actually was powerfull like the real one IIRC
I'll get on those two things later. For now tho, good news. I have at least managed to stop Firestorm's havok parade while still having it at MW. Which I guess is good. I have yet to test the Flipper AI. Also, I plan on adding on a couple of teams, here are the themes I'm going for: -Pure Flipper team (Doesn't matter if it's LW, MW or HW, long as it's a IRL flipper it's accepted) -Pure UHW team (idk why probably gonna crash or at least cause a lot of people's PC's to lag but UHW needs more love) EDIT: Also, if anyone can give me the link to the new Battlebox that'd be great. And if anyone has the aforementioned updated Chaos 2 that'd be swell.

idk whether this belongs in technical support or whatevs but i noticed that DSL 2.1, as perfect as it is, could use a bit of touch up considering Click released a new, better Battlebox and a new Flipper AI, and the firestorm replica is an absolute havok bomb due to the flipper being a bit too light (21 KG if I'm not mistaken) so, i was going to ask if anyone has made a new better version, or if I'm allowed to do it myself (Fix Firestorm's havok problem, replace the battlebox, switch all the flipper Ai's with the new one maybe even add on a couple of replicas idk) EDIT: Done. Okay. I wanna clarify something here.
Essential fixes do not count towards your three updates. Once your bot is accepted, then only do the three updates come into play. However, if your bot crashes the game and you need to fix it, then it does not count.
A second thing.
This is a UNREALISTIC tourney. You are able to build just about anything, the rules of physics do not apply here. Components can pass through each other, you can stack batteries, you can stack weapons as well and just about everything else IRL says you shouldn't do. If you still don't understand, please take a gander at the BYE bots.
I can't control what you send in, however if you want to stand a chance at winning, it is recommended you make full use of the Unrealistic rule.

Predictions
Ascension 2: Depends on the wedges but at the moment I'll say that Waggler seems to have much better wedges.
Log Jam: Gotta say, I'm looking good here. It's not a surefire win, but I feel good about it.
Widow Maker: A not very good HS killer vs a HS. If Widow get some good hits in, it's a win. If KR has enough power to push Widow Maker away, then it could spell trouble.
Anguta Glacier: Could go either way.

Looks kinda odd with the claw flipping back as well as the front imo, but if you made the chassis shorter and took out the claw I think it could be a really awesome flipper.
Lemonism covered it, good concept but needs work.
It's an angler. Not a flipper. The general idea is that the wedge throws the opponent up, and while in the air, the retracting burst motor will send the claw striking the opponent. And I daresay, it works more often than I thought it would.
