Ew Nifty? :P Also maybe you should go for a four-caster setup at the front, since it will protect more and prevent the tilting that keeps bothering you.
What's funny is that the design might actually be considered as belonging to Trovaner.
Nifty can power 2 HPZ's for 3 minutes. Which is enough to deal with most stuff. And the only two casters were to help defend against HS like Child's Play IV reasonbly well, and keep weight for weaponry/drive. The tilting is because my drive is too close to the front, rather than the amount of casters. =P Hence why it doesn't tilt when the drive's at the back.

Welcome back, Suzaku. =) I remember Scourge talking about you and Absolute Spike Defense once.
But yeah, community's still going. Not as much online activity as before, though, AI Tournaments are the preferred medium, as they get rid of lag and driver error. It's a purer judgement of combat effectiveness. On the plus side, the 10th Anniversary's coming round, as people have said before, so we're just starting to get a bit geared up for that. Hopefully you'll stick around, though, it's always nice to see an old hand returning.

Nicely built. If you use both ends of the SnapperII, it seems to havok quite a lot more than if you only used the secret AP. 100kg of weapons should do alright against most HS bots, but I'd definitely try and get it more stable.

dammit thyrus why are you so lucky D:
He isn't lucky, he's simply German. Things get done when you're German. =P

ololololololol
I'm going to love watching that thing get slowly disassembled. Surely Piglets mounted to the baseplate would save weight for stronger extenders?

Good work, but is it possible to get the wedge and ramplate centered? It's going to annoy me quite a lot. Something you could do is angle the rear of the bot to match the Z-tek slope, so it doesn't get stranded on its back.

Looks mad. Any HS will take it apart, though. The original Snap!Happy will remove the HPZs with relative ease, I imagine.

I'd agree with that, personally. I thought he wanted an OOTA'able arena, though, but the Containment Cube's spikes really cause with certain bot types over others. Combat Arena's just a box, so it leaves it up to the bots to do the winning, rather than hazards and luck.

25Gig or something :P
That's more than 6 times the size of my RA2 stuff. =D

I won... wait... no! I lost... no I won?
It is confusing when you happen to kick your own ass in a tournament. Well done, though, False Popup did very well regardless of which team he was on. And Implosion's wedges weren't as terrible as I had feared. =) Good job taking it to an Ultimate Final, congratulations and comiserations in equal measure. Kudos to Conraaa for another excellent tournament, and everyone who entered. Lots of cool, unique and fun bots here.

Better version. More or less the same as last time. 248.6, DSA, Nifty, 6 maces, 2 irons, pair of casters, Z-Tek drive. SnapperII mounted sideways now, drive moved further back. Doesn't tip over nearly as much, and it's now completely invertible. Also no havok. I actually think this one looks cuter than the last one. How does Blue Rain sound as a name?

LOL. What size is your Infogrames folder, then?

I'm not expert, but that seems a bit front heavy. :P Very nice and compact though. How did you get everything in so close together? Snapper? Servo?
Snapper. You can see the axle sticking out the top. =P And it is obviusly front-heavy, as most rammers are. I could remedy this by moving the drive closer to the back of the bot so there's more distance between the wheels and the front edge. I'll also try mounting the Snapper the other way up, so the axle's inside the Nifty rather than sticking out of the chassis.

ohai geice 248.6, Nifty, DSA. 6 maces and 2 irons, standard Z-tek drive. Awesome skin courtesy of Badnik96. Annoyingly does that tilting forward thing all my LW rammers seem to do. I could easily move the drive back, but it looks cuter like this. Also invertible, probably.

I'm in the final! Hooray! That was some pretty good teamwork between myself and SKBT, I thought. Impolsion III did really well there. I thought 120 would be more troublesome than it was. I'm also quite confident of an overall victory, because Fire and The Other One have now beaten both teams in the LB Final 3-0. Still, good luck to whoever joins myself and SKBT in the Grand Final, and may the best team win. =)

Perhaps extend the front of the chassis a little so you can get the casters higher up. At the moment, they're quite low, and I'm concerned HS are just going to go straight over them.

I've been fiddling with the UI again. I quite like tinkering with stuff in PDN.
PDN? I've spent the last two days messing around with the buttons. Discovered some pretty interesting things. o:
Paint.NET. =P It's what I use for more or less all my image modification and splashes. Mostly because it was free. I'm still trying to figure out what all the .gib files do, so I can properly screw around with it.
Ahh, ok. If you want to know what anything does you can PM me or whatever. They can be a little annoying at times, especially if you mess it up and forget to make a backup. Some interesting things can be done with them too; I have an idea for the best April Fools joke ever.
I think I'm getting the hang of it. There seems to be a 10% size border around the edge of the screen where everything's measured from. I'd just rather not do anything too drastic in case I mess it up. =D

I agree with Pwn, asymmetric wedge isn't going to do well. You can axle load it out of the way, then attach the Snapper2 for the weapons. Is the CB under the Nifty?

Pretty nice looking, in my view. Not sure how useful that caster's going to be, but it looks decent. You could definitely stand to shrink up the chassis slightly, I reckon.
