Loving it, reminds me of a mix of Chaos/Chaos2 except that it's front hinged. Wanting to build something like that right now but I'm not a fan of skinning all stuff.
Definitely something Chaos 2ey about it! Love it. Always good seeing designs and then visualising building them for real.

Really like the concept. It will really show how skillful a builder you are seeing how unique and effective a design you can make from the same base as everyone else.
Sadly I don't DSL, but the Splash should be interesting...

Yes, the question isn't about how stacking works but what methods people use(as I can sometimes get a stack done but it feels more like luck than knowing what to do, and spending hours on getting a stack can be annoying), for some reason when I opened the video I usually got the stack done, can swear that positioning the battery a bit more to the top and left usually got the stack working for me.
I find turning the camera either dead above the object you're trying to stack, or on a diagonal is the easiest. Second, I start off with larger movements and when I see the flash, start focusing on smaller movements around the flash. Stacks seem to be completely random too. Like one day I can stack supervolts by putting them directly on top of each other, tomorrow I might need to move them two pixels to the right etc. Putting the resolution on the highest setting also helps.

I wouldn't really call myself a "collector" but I have an n64 with some games and some ps1 games. (I don't have a playstation anymore though, it broke. I'll get another one eventually)
The nostalgia fix will be like no other when you finally do get another one...

Interesting VS bud.
Couple of things:
- 2 Black Batts are more than enough to power this, so feel free to get rid of the pinks. A good rule of thumb is 1 black battery for every 4 HP zTek Motors you have.
- Don't use square extenders. They are the same strength as black/red ones but they weigh more. The exception is of course the 140cm one that only weighs 5kg, feel free to use that.
- The front wheel supports need more protection, if they go your bot losses all stability. More weight needs to be invested in securing them. You could also tidy up the extender work a bit. For example instead of using the T-connector at the bottom, why not try using a 2cm black extender and it's side attachment point?

I probably wont even bother lol I don't think it would work anyways I mean look at how terribly it performed in its last tournament.
A terrible performance isn't always a bad thing. Hopefully it helps highlight what you need to change in order to make it a better robot. I think the weight played a big part in your design not succeeding, I mean look at Badgers pop-up in the very same tournament... What does it have that yours doesn't? - More Wedges/Better Wedges - More Drive - More Armour - More Spikes All of which are easy enough to add to your design. ALso regarding your question, just experiment a bit and see what happens. That's what I'm doing at the mo, just messing around, trying some new ideas out, the RA2 wiki is very old remember.

Oh so they're one of the easier stackables(haven't messed around too much with stacking, a list of easier stackable stuff would sure be nice), only issue I see is that one end won't be useable unless you- that's it! clipping the white motor connection point inside and then loading it? however, you would need to load them without a motor attached, making it difficult.

Somewhere I have an N64 with a few games (Wipeout something or other, DK64, Pokémon snap and im sure there is a few more). I also have a bunch of games for the original Xbox but that isn't considered retro.
Still good though! Conker Live and reloaded was a gem on that thing  I still need to add Wipeout to my collection, never played that one!

I have a Nintendo 64 with about 14 games...and i am trying ever so hardly to get a PlayStation Two WITH Ratchet and Clank. (The First One.)
Nice dude, is a PS2 that hard to get a hold of? Not really retro but I have my original xbox hooked up just behind me with quite a few game, RW Extreme Destruction included.
That's still good! I have extreme destruction on my PS2, but the laser is broken... All about Conker Live and Reloaded on the original xbox though! I still regularly play and buy ps2 games, if that counts! I'll post my collection, if'n ya want.
Sure does! You got any hard titles to get? Or do you collect/play for fun? I think my favourite game for this system was either Onimusha Blade Warriors... But so many that I loved... Ty, DBZ, RW, Space Race, Crash, AoE... Probably would be if my parents wouldn't hate video game consoles that much. Would try to find alternative ways to make sure that the games can be played for forever.
This saddens me... Why the hate? I used to be into retro collecting around 2012-13, but not so much anymore. I have a Saturn, Dreamcast (~5 games each), and a CD-i (43... programs. Only a few of them are really games).
Did you sell up? and a CD-i? Proper old school that!

This may be completely irrelevant but it's pretty easy to stack two SnapperII's, could experiment loading two that way?
